    I bought the jug in August 2019 along with 2 packs of filters.
    In early December, I asked to buy replacement filters for the jug and they told me they were out of stock.
    Today, I asked if the filters are available and the answer was negative.
    The jug is fine, but it is UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE JUGS. It is not possible for the filters to still not be available after a month and a half

    Very good in terms of water cleaning, but very delicate due to the glass. I chose the glass one because I avoid plastic, but already the first time I tried to wash it, while holding it carefully, it broke, rendering it useless. It needs better quality and thicker glass walls.
