We received it as a gift, we didn't like it at all, especially some pages that had people with animal heads, I found them terrifying for young children. My daughter simply tore it apart...

Simple and minimalist, it did not hold the interest of a 3-year-old child. It does not tell a story and the child did not pay attention to it.

I bought it for my 7-month-old daughter and she loves it, she really likes the pictures and sits and looks at them. It has very nice illustrations.

I bought it for my 2.5-year-old son and he is thrilled with it. He brings it to me every night to read it to him before he goes to sleep. The illustrations have made such an impression on him that he looks at the pictures, the drawings, and the colors with great interest. It has helped us a lot with his speech as we repeat the colors, the objects, and I have given names from our family members to the characters in the story and he repeats them every time we read it. So, for us, it deserves 5 stars and more.
