However, the weight is heavy when it is full, making it difficult to handle with one hand, and eventually the handle couldn't withstand it and broke. I will not buy the same one again, I think it is poorly made and it didn't last long enough...

They can't handle the weight of the water. Also, the filter container doesn't fit perfectly with the jug. It takes effort. There are other jugs for the same filters that are much better.

The automatic water dispenser lid is a bit strange until you get used to it, and it may close a bit early, but it's of minimal importance. I had the previous white model for years and I bought this one purely for the design and the color that matches my kitchen.
The handle is a bit fragile and may break, but time will tell. Update 12/28/24 I am removing 3 stars because it turned out that its construction was not good. Since all the stress falls on the top of the handle, that’s exactly where it failed and showed a crack, so it went in the trash. I bought another model from the same company a year ago, where the handle attaches at the top and bottom of the pitcher. And indeed, the new one has proven to be completely durable and trouble-free.

However, the "smart lid" it has is not really that smart, since if the container of unfiltered water is filled above the middle and you try to pour from the clean water into a glass, it is likely that unfiltered water will come out into the glass from the lid.
