My only complaint is that over time the white water distillation mechanism from the inside with the filter in the pitcher for use has become tarnished. But that's due to the local water which is full of rust, not Brita. 10/10 I will keep buying it until I install a permanent filter.

Did you find this review helpful?The 2nd Brita jug I buy, after almost 8 years - the first one fell victim to a little Tarzan, for so many years it hadn't suffered anything. The quality is well-known, while the 3.5 liters will save me during the summer with bottle refills (obviously it doesn't go in the fridge, unlike the 2.5 liters).
I can find filters everywhere if needed, but I prefer these for harder water, so I have to buy them online. Kettle, bottle warmer, and coffee maker don't accumulate salts, and I don't have any stomach issues from the water.
It can be washed in the dishwasher, except for the white lid, which needs to be hand washed. Just for your information.
