    The box arrived open and scratched.
    If you put batteries, they don't make good contact - you have to put cardboard inside the lid that closes the battery compartment or hold the batteries with your hand, which is not possible if you take a bath.
    When it decides to work, only one speed works.
    I hope it will be returned and changed, if not we can discuss it again
