Perfect and sturdy.

The magnet is worn INSIDE the case, which is the tough armor of Spigen, on the huge Samsung note 20 ultra.

The magnet is large and quite powerful, however, due to its size and weight, it is not stable at all when placed in the air vent. The entire construction shakes with every vibration and the phone constantly trembles. It should not have the intermediate direction adjustment point with such a size. You can find better products in its category.

  The magnets are strong. My metal plate is placed between the phone and the case (I have a Spigen case). I had no issues or scratches. The phone comes out easily from the base and the base remains in place. If you stick the metal plate on the outside of the phone case where it comes into direct contact with the base, it is possible for the base to detach from the ventilation holes when trying to remove your phone.

  Under different circumstances, the stars would be 5. The magnet is SO strong that you have to struggle to remove the phone from the base. There is a risk of detaching the metal from the phone. It was almost impossible for me to use it, and I ended up using my old Spigen metal base.   So far, no Spigen product has disappointed me. Similarly here, very good build quality, it includes 2 magnetic pads to apply on the back of your phone or case. In my case, because it has a textured texture, they didn't stick well on the outer side, so I put them on the inner side of the case and they stuck perfectly without affecting its application on the phone.

  The base requires a little force to fit into the air vent and a little caution not to break any grilles, but it fits incredibly securely.   The base is the best in terms of performance-price ratio. It fits securely on the air vent, the arm tightens well (slightly sideways and downwards as I want it) and the mobile phone that used to fall off on two previous bases I had, now stays in place (in a lowered car with harder shocks and more shaking on bumps and potholes)!!
