It has a serious problem with the filter that gets clogged after two uses. Spare parts, service, etc. are nonexistent. NATIONWIDE. The stores only know how to sell, but they don't have a filter to sell in case someone needs one urgently. My old vacuum cleaner that broke had a HEPA filter and a pre-filter. I didn't pay attention and threw it away with the vacuum cleaner. It would definitely be very useful if this vacuum cleaner had one too.
I have had it for a year. Used for cleaning pellet boiler twice a week. Every 2 uses, the filter needs cleaning because it easily gets clogged with ash and the motor heats up, but by the time it warms up enough, my job is done. Considering the fact that I bought it for €30, I overlook its weaknesses.
At first, it seemed good. In a pellet stove without much ash, after a month it started emitting smoke inside. Regularly cleaning the filter. Eventually, it gave up and the motor burned out. Money wasted. Not worth it
The most rubbish thing there is... I bought it for the fireplace, it worked for 4 minutes and then stopped... as soon as it froze, it started again but still the same.
The filter got clogged on the second use while cleaning the fireplace and washing it, although simple, is time-consuming. With the clogged filter, it doesn't suck anything.
For the money, I believe it is excellent. I don't have much experience with these things, but it does the job I want. I have a pellet stove. So far, so good.
After a year of use, I have to add the following. The vacuum cleaner works, but the noise has increased (it sounds like a tractor). It needs to be cleaned 2-3 times after vacuuming the pellet stove - boiler, otherwise it doesn't suck and dirties the area.
The filter has started to disintegrate and after asking, they told me it costs 14 euros plus shipping.
I consider it a high cost. Personally, I washed it despite them saying it can't be washed, and I can say that after a month and after washing it several times, it still works.
As soon as it completely dies, I will buy another vacuum cleaner with a washable filter, as well as a double filter, as I believe that the cost of purchasing a new filter, which can probably last another year, is not worth it
For its price, the product is worth it since it is the cheapest on the market. It is a powerful vacuum that sucks up ashes, doesn't easily clog the filter, and has two options to vacuum and be used as a blower. It is used for pellet stoves.
I chose an economical ash vacuum to keep it for as long as possible and not worry about it! I have been using it daily for a few days now and it is very powerful. I clean the pellet stove with great ease, I wonder how cleaning was done without these vacuums as it would be a time-consuming daily process... So far, at least, I consider it to be the best for the money.
