Terrible scent, it's like smelling dust and mold together. It doesn't always unclog my nose, but when it does, it only lasts for a short while, and after 5 minutes, it's congested again. It's better to use it for moisturizing and cleaning the nose rather than for decongestion (personally, I prefer using a clean saline solution from the pharmacy).
