Whatever I say is not enough for these shoes, I got them for €95 from Romania, they arrived in about a week, but they are perfect, I give five stars for the first time and I recommend them without reservation
The size is accurate, just like wearing sports shoes.
It is very comfortable, really soft in fabric and sole, feels like wearing sports shoes and very lightweight.
It is very warm.
Perfect for city use and riding a motorcycle in the city.
I have had them for 2 years and now I will buy the same ones because they have worn out from the bottom. They are warm, waterproof to a certain extent, very comfortable, and currently at a good price
They keep the water very warm in a regular rain. I use them for delivery now for a long time in heavy rainstorms. It's better to go with gortex, very comfortable, good grip, they don't slip. They are definitely worth it!
So I bought the boot twice because I probably didn't understand what happened the first time! On the positive side, the boot is comfortable, warm, and does not slip at all in wet conditions in the city. On the negative side, both pairs, after two months of use, collect moisture inside with the first drops of rain. After the third month, the same thing happens with the left one. In the fourth month, the laces on both pairs broke. Well, I bought them for waterproofing, but now I only wear them during dry periods. Needless to say, I have excluded Columbia from my options.
I had them for about a year and this year I wore them for the first time. I didn't try them in very cold weather but they seem to be warm. At 6-7 degrees, my feet felt quite warm.
They are light, like wearing sports shoes.
One major negative that emerged after wearing them for 2-3 days is that they caused pain in my ankles. I have tried other Columbia shoes but I had this issue with these specific ones.
The shoe is amazing. It resists water with difficulty but it is also very durable. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it ventilates the foot very little to not at all, and because of this, my feet sweat a lot. Other than that, it is an amazing shoe that is capable of handling any difficulty that arises in everyday life, and their durability is tremendous
I bought these boots for a trip to Finnish Lapland. In terms of comfort, they are unbeatable! It feels like wearing a sports shoe. They keep my feet warm. I sweat a lot, so my feet were constantly moist inside, but it didn't bother me at all! They do slip on wet tiles, but they are great in the snow.
They claim to be suitable for temperatures as low as -32°C. They kept me decently warm at -29°C. However, when I stood still, I could feel the cold rising from below and my toes froze.
The major downside, which is why it loses the fifth star, is the front part of the shoe, which does not have Cordura. It has a hard material (to protect the toes), but the cold seeps through it.
I bought the shoe in 88 in brown-black, which I liked color-wise. I wear size 44+1/3 and I got size 43, which is borderline for me. Maybe size 43.5 would have been better if I wanted to wear it with a thick sock in difficult conditions, although I feel them quite warm. Overall, it is lightweight and comfortable, not bulky, except for the tongue which I would prefer to be thinner. The omni-heat technology gives a feeling that the foot does not breathe well enough, like other shoes from the same company. I wore it 2-3 times, tested on wet tiles, and I can say that it barely slips, although I expected it to be worse. As for the negatives, I would mention that the last lace loop is a bit low, so it doesn't tie well enough at the top, giving a feeling of looseness, and many times you have to adjust the tongue because it gets messed up. Personally, I would buy it again, but maybe I would go for the corresponding mid version
I received today. A first impression is that they are very lightweight and hug the foot well. They are warm outside while walking in 11 degrees. When you enter indoors, the foot warms up quite a bit. Walking feels like flying with a sporty feel and a very good sole.
I was informed by a friend that it would be good to use a waterproof spray on the condura in case of rain or snow. For now, they seem like a good value for money.
I will come back after a while for more...
I'm back after 1 month of continuous use.
Ideal for warmth with temperatures of 0-10 degrees.
Quite warm if you wear them indoors to the point where I wanted to take them off.
Amazing in terms of comfort. I didn't have any waterproofing issues... I noticed that it slips a bit on wet tiles.
Today first day I wore them almost 9 hours in a row, with about 4 hours in motion but also standing, where as always my feet get sore I didn't feel them hitting me. In terms of comfort, yes, I say it's a comfortable shoe with a wide fit that gives you the feeling of wearing a sports shoe, with the only negative being that I felt them a little hard under my feet. But I will come back when I have a complete picture.
Now, in terms of ventilation. As you can see from the photos I uploaded, the socks are slightly wet from sweat on the soles, something I didn't notice and therefore didn't bother me. Maybe because for many hours I was in a quite warm place.
I just felt my feet warm and not like they were burning. This means that there is breathability.
For the things I don't have a picture of yet, it's the waterproofness and the quality of construction.
I will come back later for those.
I give it 4 stars because I haven't worn them for many hours yet. I bought size 42.5 to be comfortable. It's always better for the shoe to be slightly bigger for standing or hiking. The foot swells and it's good for them to be comfortable with socks. I will come back if anything comes up. I bought them for 140 euros because if I waited for discounts, I wouldn't find my size.
The best hiking shoes!! They are comfortable and very warm thanks to the special insulation they have!!!
So, we have and we say, these shoes are comfortable especially on rough terrain, to a certain extent, warm, and so far we're okay, so the 3 stars concern the detachment on the side, which of course can be fixed immediately with a little glue, and their waterproofing I believe is only for light rain and not for heavy rain. With the snow in 2021, I had a nice slip, luckily I didn't fall, I don't know how I managed that. For walking now, simple spring or autumn I think is what they're good for. Also, if they get wet, they take a long time to dry, so it is recommended to have a second pair with you wherever you go.
Perfect shoes, very warm! I highly recommend them!!! I wear size 46 in sports shoes, I got size 45 and they are perfect.
Worn during winter in Iceland, perfect for waterproofing, warmth, and comfort! One drawback, at some point my foot got into ice and a little water seeped in, took two days to dry. If I didn't have boots as a second pair of shoes, I would have had a serious problem!
Pros very comfortable, does not let water in even as a joke, unless you step into water that is above the shoe. They do not slip even on wet marble. Simply perfect. I have no opinion on mountains, dirt, rocks, etc. When they wear out, I will buy the same ones again.
Quite lightweight on the foot despite being a shoe with 200gr of insulating material!!! Waterproof and after hours of use in difficult conditions. The disadvantage of its excellent insulation is that during long hikes with temperatures of 10+ degrees, the foot will sweat but certainly won't get cold. Stable and comfortable stepping. The quality of the stitching and sole shows that it is a product that will withstand time with reasonable use. The size I got was the same as the athletic shoes I wear and they fit me perfectly.
Very comfortable, warm, and waterproof, tested in rain and snow. The laces are difficult to tie, you tighten them and they immediately loosen in their loops. Overall, though, the boot is perfect!
Personally, I bought it for work (delivery) and it has left me completely satisfied. It is very lightweight, soft, holds the foot very well, does not feel cold, and is 100% waterproof no matter how many times it has been tested. Very comfortable and restful even after many hours. I highly recommend it.
Edit: After 1 year, during which 6 months were used daily for many hours and under all conditions, the shoes remain in excellent condition! The waterproofing is still impeccable. The only thing that was needed was a set of laces as they had worn out from tightening them with the metal rings on the shoes. I bought a good set of hiking laces and they are perfect.
I highly recommend them, as they are very good-light-good construction-(it's what you want)!!! If I could, I would give them 10 stars!!!
