    It does a very good job, very clean without calories or sugar. The negatives are that it is the most difficult-to-dissolve protein I have purchased. It doesn't dissolve with anything, no matter what you do, it will have clumps, which is very annoying. But it gets the job done

    Λοιπόν ,δεν διαλύεται καθόλου καλά,και δεν ξέρω κ τον λόγο, σκέφτειτε ότι είμαι κ μπάρμαν...Την βάζω στο σέικερ μου ,χτυπάω,,βγάζει ένα σορό αφρό και στο τέλος αναγκάστηκα την ανακατεύω με ένα μαχαίρι η πιρούνι μήπως κ διαλυθεί...είναι σα κουβερτουρα..ημαρτον όλο κόμματια είναι τα οποία κολλάνε στα δόντια καθως χρειάζεται και ένα σορό νερό να διαλυθεί το όποιο μετά τη προπονηση μου δεν θέλω να πιω 600 ml νερό...Ημαρτον..γενικά έχει αποτέλεσματα ...Η γυμναστικη που κάνω για να γνωρίζεται είναι kick boxing και βάρη..Την προτινω σα γεύση πολύ καλη αλλά κουραστική στο ανακάτεμα...

    Πολυ ευχαριστημενος. Αρκετα καλη διαλυτοτητα, απλα αφριζει αρκετα. Εγω την χτυπαω καλα και την πινω μετα απο 2-3 λεπτα που εχει "κατσει" ο αφρος. Η γευση σοκολατα, θυμιζει λιγο μια μιξη σοκολατας-καφε, η οποια για μενα ειναι πολυ ευχαριστη.
