Dreamy, magical product! I recommend it to everyone without a second thought! I bought it for my mother as well and she was thrilled. It detangles hair easily without breaking it. It is soft, and its shape and weight are incredibly convenient for taking it everywhere (vacations, work, etc). My hair definitely needed conditioner to be able to comb it after washing. With this specific brush, even if I skip it, I can easily comb my hair without half of the strands remaining in my hand. Perfect 10/10!!!
