I am making a transition from animal-based products to plant-based ones. Having consumed several animal proteins from various companies, I can say this one SIMPLY DOES NOT DISSOLVE WHEN SHAKING IT IN THE SHAKER. I read the comments before purchasing that it is easy to dissolve and I thought that the reviews were written by some bots...
One downside of the product is that it doesn't have usage instructions, while it should mention the very important fact that it requires a blender to dissolve and you will need to go through a whole process to make a daily drink...
I shook it for ten minutes in the shaker with strong repetitions, filled the shaker with water three times, and still feel like I ate dust.

I put the protein in milk with weetabix, or in milk with muesli, and I don't even notice it. It doesn't cause me bloating or any other stomach upset. So far, everything is good; now regarding the effectiveness of this one, time will tell!

Honest product. The only "downside" is that when you mix it with water in a shaker, it creates a lot of foam and doesn't dissolve 100%, so when you consume it, you can feel the powder in your throat.

I drink it with goat's milk, 50g of oat flakes, and a small banana (it comes out to 500 calories like this, it's not for everyone, but if you experiment, you will definitely find a formula that has a tolerable taste, the powder is not overly intense. Otherwise, take a smoothie.)

It has a high protein content (85%), which means that in 30g you get around 25.5g of protein. Like all legume proteins, it contains all the essential amino acids. However, the amount of methionine is very low, which is why many consider it an incomplete protein. If you are not vegan like me, you probably don't have a problem since foods like chicken and fish have a sufficient amount of this specific amino acid. Its positives include solubility and the fact that it does not cause bloating. The taste is average but okay. Personally, I prefer to sacrifice taste in order to have a product without sweeteners and other preservatives. Its price is also a big positive. The packaging does not include a scoop (unfortunately). Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would definitely choose it again.

It doesn't feel heavy, it doesn't have a taste, it is raw (the taste is neutral and you need to add something to make it more flavorful, I add a spoonful of honey, so for me, this is a positive aspect).
