Did you find this review helpful?I regret the amount I paid, even if it was a single digit. The product is unacceptable. I should have read the comments first. I needed something quickly to connect my Toshiba Canvio 4TB external HDD to my phone because I lost my previous adapter. I ordered 2 powerteck converters so I wouldn't have to buy again. Big mistake. The disk stops abruptly every few seconds, which means it's not getting enough power, which means the cable barely meets the 2.0 category. The USB A color should not be blue. Luckily, on the day I received it, I found my previous adapter again, of much better quality, and I'm back to doing my work. I won't even bother returning the unopened package. Maybe I'll find some other use for it.

Also, the build quality seems mediocre to poor.

The Toshiba Canvio Basics 2018 USB 3.0 external HDD 4TB was connected to the USBA port.
In the first image, you can see the speeds with the cable adapter (CAB-UC016).
In the second image, the SAME hard drive, in the same port, with the Powertech USB-C male to USB-A female adapter (CAB-UC057).I do not recommend it.
