Good and sturdy construction, cooks very nicely. The only thing I didn't like is the "outlet" for the leftovers that comes out the back and it's a bit difficult to clean from there.

Bulky and doesn't clean easily. Also, while it is a quality construction, they included PLASTIC materials (drawer, connectors, etc.) for no reason that break easily. What a shame.
Very good toaster! It quickly toasts bread and makes it crispy! The plates are easily removable and clean just as easily! I believe it is very good for its price! One downside is that it is very heavy and needs to be in a stable position...
I wonder why everyone here gives 5 stars, maybe my device has a problem? I wonder? Compared to another cheaper toaster next to it, it toasted my child's toast a quarter of the time, it takes 20 whole minutes to toast only two slices, if you want to make your electricity company happy, I highly recommend it, but if you value your hard-earned money, I would suggest you stay away from this option, as I gave 95 whole euros for something of quality and ended up losing my money
It is really very good. Good build quality, beautiful device and very useful. The plates really do not stick at all, you don't even need to take them out. However, they come in and out very easily and are lightweight. The height adjustment is very good and there is also the possibility of opening it at 180 degrees.
For the power/speed of cooking, the 2000W is borderline in relation to the size. If you want to cook meat or something demanding in temperature, you need to turn the switch to the maximum. (It also depends on the thickness and the cooking method we want to achieve).
Finally, I would like to say that I did not know this brand and I bought it based on the reviews of skroutz and by searching the company further. My conclusion was confirmed that it is a reputable Greek company that has an interesting range of products.
I bought it 3-4 years ago, I don't remember exactly when, but it was at a lower price than it is now. At the current price, it's not worth it at all. It's just a good toaster, nothing more. For meat or fish that I tried once each, the result was barely satisfactory. Don't expect food to be cooked on a stove that can't even burn a toast at its highest intensity.
Very good construction. Others did not work in the same way and the cooking was not uniform. It is heavy and requires a lot of space to store, but at least it is worth it as a grill. If it is to make a toast, I do not consider it worth having something so bulky and expensive
The best thing that has entered the kitchen.. worth the 80€ and more... a real gem... it toasts incredibly fast and as a grill it guarantees.. perfect grilling.. and cleaning is a piece of cake. The plates are so high-quality that they clean very easily... if you get it, you'll understand how bad the cheap toasters are.. we are a family of five and we use it a lot.. super group!
It is not the first time we use it (store + household use). It had lasted us several years before it broke (daily and long hours of use) but in the meantime, we decided to try others. Back to the reliable one! For grilling, it is definitely quite slow - but if you don't mind the time, it's okay. If you clean it immediately (as you should), you don't have to worry about sticking and such. And yes, it is preferable to have it in a fixed position somewhere - it is heavy and big, and you will get tired of constantly moving it 100%.
Very sturdy construction and nice appearance. Heavy object that, however, fits in my large (deep) drawer for pots. If someone has space, it is elegant enough to have it on the kitchen counter. It toasts the bread very nicely and cleans easily with a damp cloth or kitchen paper, as it does not stick even melted cheese! I set the temperature almost to the maximum to toast them faster as I put in many (4 square toasts or three sandwiches, etc). The capacity that interested me is very good and the toasting of the toast is also very good. I have not cooked anything else yet but I will probably try it (e.g. for sausages), as it has a very convenient drawer to collect the liquids from cooking. If you want a large and quality toaster, give something more and get this one otherwise you will pay once a year for cheaper constructions that do not last.
This was .. after 2 years of minimal use it broke and never turned on again (while the previous one of a different brand lasted me 9 years). Don't even think about a repairman, I went to 3 and they just wanted to look at it for 10-15 euros plus the cost of the damage, forget it, buy a new one instead.... It's expensive without being worth it, it doesn't turn on quickly, it's heavy and large in size. It seemed good but in the end, I wasted my money
Two weeks of use and I have to say the best. It toasts the sandwiches very well, if it has warmed up completely, you have to put it down a click, if it hasn't warmed up completely, leave it on full. For full warming, 7 minutes, otherwise from 4 minutes onwards, put the sandwiches in for 5-6 minutes ready.
It seems to be well made and very practical in everything except for storage, it doesn't stand upright.

So I bought it yesterday. So far, I have toasted bread, eggs, fish (2 large sea breams), and now the ribs are being cooked. Everything is good so far, but I notice that it generally cooks slowly. It is good to keep in mind for someone who is considering using it as a cooking utensil (e.g. a grill). Otherwise, it cooks just fine and the food so far is tasty and well-cooked. It is also worth noting that it is quite big (30cm x 34cm x 16cm). So if someone is thinking of having it only as a toaster, a smaller one might make more sense. If, on the other hand, they are thinking of using it to cook food, given that it takes its time, it might be worth giving a little more and getting one with more watts.

Very good construction, except for the fact that the ceramic resistors are small compared to the cooking surface, so the center heats up very quickly (surface about the size of a toast) and by the time the rest in the center gets warm, it has turned into charcoal.
The toaster is mediocre, I have managed to make my toast crispy only with toast bread from the oven... with regular bread (I have tried several brands) it doesn't get crispy at all. And in order for it to get crispy, the toaster has to be at the highest temperature! In terms of speed, it is somewhat slow in toasting. I only use it at full temperature because at lower temperatures it takes too long. The toasting it does is not uniform at all, with the sides always being more toasted compared to the center. The top part is quite heavy, resulting in the toast being pressed too much and becoming thin and the cheese coming out. I haven't tried it with meat, etc. It is quite bulky and requires a lot of space to store. On the other hand, it has a very nice design and the dark red color is perfect. The customer service I contacted to ask about the replacement cost of the plates if they break was very polite and willing to help, and the spare parts are reasonably priced (at least for the plates). I would not buy it again...!!!
Disappointed with the toasting of the sandwiches. I would expect much better results from a 2000W toaster at maximum intensity. Perhaps the ceramic plates are to blame as the toasting is also quite uneven. Otherwise, excellent construction, very high quality. An extra plus is the on/off button.
It is a sturdy construction, presentable, and the adjustment button on the side adjusts the height of the plate so that the products are not excessively pressed. It heats up quickly, toasts evenly and crisply. Grilling meat is done nicely, although naturally it takes longer compared to charcoal. The only negative is its weight and volume, which makes storage a bit difficult.
Perhaps the most value for money online purchase I have made. It grills exceptionally and quickly. It has temperature adjustment that helps the user grill the meat/sandwich as desired. Truly excellent. It is a bit large and makes storage a little difficult but not impossible. I am very satisfied.

The only issue is until you learn how to adjust the temperature for everything you want to bake, but once you learn that, the process simply becomes amazing.
Overall, I am satisfied, but it is a bit slow for toasting unless you adjust the intensity setting. Also, the ridges are a bit thick compared to an older model of a grill I had, resulting in the toast being pressed down quite a bit on the entire surface. It is sturdy, seems to have good construction, but it has volume and weight :)
When I was planning to buy it, I had doubts because of the price. I thought that for a toaster that is ultimately nothing special, it is too expensive. In the end, my fears were proven wrong. It is worth every penny and more. It is very easy to clean (nothing sticks to it). The toast is excellent, with evenly melted cheese and without being squashed. It grills meat or vegetables exceptionally well. It also shows very good build quality and can stand upright if you want. I have no regrets about my purchase at all. You should know that it is for 4 slices of toast and it is relatively large.

They gave it to me as a gift. I didn't even know the brand. I thought it would be some fake. Its size is somewhat bigger than the classic for regular toast. Expected. The grilling is incredibly perfect. Incredible locking and unlocking of the plates, which are excellently made and are very easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it. Grease, burnt cheese, they all come off easily when washed. I have grilled everything. Toast, baguettes, souvlaki...etc. Only at the very edge, though, the edge of the plate loses some grilling. It's not a problem. We're talking about less than a centimeter. I've had it for three years. It's a dog of a tool.

I have had it for over half a year and due to its easy cleaning, it remains brand new.
Only 2 negatives: Firstly, it is very bulky for the countertop. Make sure you have enough space, otherwise you will have to store it or lift it upright after each use (no one actually does that).
Secondly, it does not toast evenly. Specifically, it toasts more intensely in a circle in the center of the toaster, resulting in if you do not place a toast exactly in the center, wherever else you put it, you will see the shape of the toasting circle.
One of the best products I have purchased, it toasts sandwiches in 2 minutes, the plates are very thin and heat up within seconds, easy to clean, definitely saves money because despite the 2KW power, the cooking time is very short, also cooks burgers in about 5 minutes depending on the thickness.
