As for its construction, it is excellent with sides, back, and neck made of mahogany. The fretboard is made of rosewood. It also has an internal rod in the neck. The sound is clear and crystalline. Epiphone's classical and acoustic guitars surpass the competition as they do not use laminated woods. They are worth much more than their selling price.
