I've had it for a few weeks and I wear it on the bike permanently, it "hugs" the phone and the screws don't loosen from the vibrations. The plastics look high quality and the surfaces are well-finished. For this price, I consider the product to be excellent. I also made a little video:
https://youtu.be/MqNcvNPAytc
The carpet is black and it unraveled, causing my phone to become a mess. It's a shame that I wasted 8 euros on the base and it's a shame for the 250 euros I spent on the phone
It's not good, guys. My phone fell out 3 times in 2 weeks....... Luckily it fell at my feet and not down (I have space on the scooter). A fake construction that loosens easily.....
I have bought various mounts for the machine. Unfortunately, this mount is not quality at all. It made strange openings, the screws loosened, and generally unworthy of trusting a phone worth 250€ unless you secured it for extra safety. I wanted it to shoot videos from the ride. I spent 80€ and got a quad lock and I am at ease
Very good for its price. I have it on my Africa Twin and it fits very well. I also added a little spacer with its own tire to tighten it better. The only thing it lacks is in the quick release for the phone, as the screws need to be tightened and loosened
I have it on the handlebar of my Daytona Zontes T310 and my Samsung S20 FE mobile phone.
Very good for its price and stable.
It is not particularly convenient for constantly inserting and removing the mobile phone as it does not have a fast lock system but a manual one.
Depending on where you are going to screw it, you may need a little rubber or something similar to be able to tighten it well.
Of course, be careful with the force because it is plastic.
If screwed well, it does not come off, for two years now it has not understood anything neither from potholes nor from speed.
To be honest I was hesitant and it looked like a waste of money. After tightening the bolts correctly so the phone is secure and stays upright it’s perfect. Pot holes don’t affect it in the city. If you drive somewhere with very bad pavement maybe buy something from metal just in case. But still for daily use it’s amazing
V-Strom, with my heart in my mouth, the truth is that my phone hasn't fallen off or broken yet. I have ridden, I have gone through dirt, potholes, everything is good so far.
Bad quality materials, the phone doesn't hold well and doesn't tighten properly. If it falls into potholes, it immediately loosens. My phone has fallen twice already. It's better to spend a little more money to get something good and more reliable.
I have had the stand for almost two years. I believe it will last me another just as long until the plastic parts wear out. Overall, I am very satisfied, it seems to be well-made and I think it will last for a long time. I use it daily on a 125cc scooter in a big city with potholes everywhere. If it breaks, I will come back.
The only disadvantage of the tight ring is that I would like it to be foldable with a thicker arm.
Be careful with the tightening because it is thin and can break.
For its price, it is very good
I have had this case for a year and a half. It perfectly holds a Xiaomi 5.5-inch old phone that I only use for GPS. The only flaw it has is that the handlebar mount has a large diameter. I came up with a solution and fixed the issue.
For 5.5 euros, it's a steal. I made a mistake back then when I didn't buy two more. Now, I don't know if the quality has deteriorated, but if this one breaks, I will buy it again.
It broke after 2 days of use on a bicycle
I bought the aforementioned product about a year ago, for about 8 euros. I saw that some people had an issue with the base and said that it was wobbly. I have to say that if you tighten it properly, it doesn't move at all. Over a year on the road, I never had an issue, regardless of the speed or the potholes I encountered. What might be difficult for some is tightening and loosening their device on the base. There are two parallel gears, one of which adjusts the rotation of the base and the other tightens the arms. These tend to get a bit stiff over time, but it is definitely better than having your phone fall off while on the road, as I had experienced with similar products. Let me remind you again that we are talking about 8 euros!
Silent, few money but not worth even for free if I didn't have my phone, now I would be looking for a second-hand phone
Personally, I have been completely satisfied. I wear it on an xt600 and it fits perfectly. It holds the phone very securely. It hasn't moved at all at 120 km/h. For its price, it does the job perfectly. I bought it with reservations, to tell the truth, but in the end, it turned out to be a very good purchase.
Quite good and very stable when tightly secured to the handlebar.
It is not suitable for anyone who needs to frequently put in and take out their phone from the holder (e.g. delivery), because it requires two hands and some time to place or remove the phone
It is difficult to attach to a scooter. Eventually, I managed to secure it to the mirror, but it is not very stable, it needs something with a smaller diameter. Apart from that, the grip of the mobile phone seems quite stable and personally, I am not afraid that the phone will fall off. It is fairly decent for its price, but I would not recommend it for scooters.
For now, it's worth its money, I have no complaint. The four stars because I don't consider it perfect, there are definitely better ones with more money.
What should I write now?......... Really fake construction and it was missing a screw from the beginning. I do not recommend it. I received it relatively quickly.
I took a 2800 km trip and had my phone constantly on the holder. It didn't give me any problems, didn't scare me, and was quite stable. If it gets wet, maybe the gears need a little lubrication. For its price, it's perfect. I don't know how it would behave on a naked bike like the Fazer 600.
Useful but there were moments that it was getting on my nerves and I had to use my hand to loosen the grip and then the second grip that opens and closes the clamps. Stable up to 140-150km that I ran.
The most fake thing there is, no stability, it doesn't even hold the phone correctly, very dangerous for your phone to slip away, I wonder about the reviews, really
I am not very satisfied but it does its job.
The drawbacks are that the first time I used it, the base did not fit well on the machine's iron, resulting in it not being stable at all. The problem was solved by adding two rubber bands and in this way "connecting" the two plastics - as a replacement for the "clip".
The tightening of the dimensions gets stuck when I try to remove the phone.
A positive aspect is the durability of the product.
Overall, I recommend it and find it to be great value for money. I would buy it again.
I will give it 4 stars because it squeaks on the machine, but I will leave a positive comment because for its price it is just what it should be and the mobile doesn't go anywhere, at least up to 140 kilometers, I have bought 2, I broke one in a fall and I think I have the second one since August and it is perfect...
As for the bicycle, I won't even discuss it, it's top-notch!
It's worth its money! It holds the phone steady and is very practical. I wore it on an on-off motorcycle and went up to 150 km and never had the slightest problem
The base is decent for its price. The most important thing is that the phone will never fall. Honestly, very impressive for the price range. However, the clamp for the base is very weak and the wheel is too big, resulting in the base not being able to tighten properly on the bike, causing the phone to fall when going over potholes. I have added an extra rubber band and things have improved, but I still find myself lifting the phone after every pothole. I always have it on the bike for city use, but for trips, I use a RAM mount.
I give it 5 stars because it is the only foundation that has lasted me 6-7 months with daily use (delivery) and it's only 7 euros. I believe for normal use it is perfect, but after a while it will break if you put too much pressure on it. The best foundation I have bought so far compared to the previous 4. Great value for money
One of the best stands personally installed it on a Ktm Duke 390 2019, no matter how many kilometers you go, it doesn't move. The only disadvantage is the slight adjustment of the tightening/opening at the back.
The mobile phone stands steady on the stand, which is the most important thing. Of course, I have had it for a while, and I want to see if the gear that holds the mobile phone in place will hold up over time and not break.
We leave the 5 stars for perfection. Let's say I give it a 4.5.
I haven't used it for everyday use, but with a 5.5in phone on many kilometers of rough dirt roads, it didn't disappoint me in terms of stability and vibrations. Of course, I had it lightly touching the handlebar (the back was touching, without securing it in any other way). However, it annoyed me in one aspect: when taking the phone in and out, at some point it became difficult to open (with the gear-wheel). It really got on my nerves... Maybe it was because dust got in from the dirt road.
BUT.... it opens/divides with screws for disassembly and cleaning. So I sprayed it with a little spray after the ride, and it seems like the issue was resolved.
So, for the money, it seems to have a fairly good quality construction and not something completely disposable like "made in China".
