    Initially, it is not oil! The texture is like thickened glucose. It removes medium coverage makeup relatively easily. The "foam" that is created to wash the face doesn't even exist! You need a cleanser immediately after use to remove the product from the face. They present it as a double cleanser, which in my opinion, it is not! But as a luxurious makeup remover that takes care of the skin, I hear it!
