On its first use, it almost caught fire because it short-circuited and the thermostat got stuck. As a result, the nickel plate deformed and started melting as if it had burns, and smoke started coming out from the switch area. Luckily, I caught it in time and the house didn't catch fire. Literally a waste of money. And the worst part? I'm now left with at least two weeks of unfinished work because I'll have to search for and buy another machine. The issue is that I needed it for amateur use and I didn't want to pay for an expensive machine. In the end, they say that you get what you pay for.
