    I bought the coffee maker 9 days ago (16/3) and I am really on the verge of a nervous breakdown. The second time I tried to make frothed milk, it emitted smoke from the left side as if the kitchen was on fire, it didn't even produce a drop, and as soon as I pressed the cleaning button for the carafe to complete the process, the entire countertop underneath the coffee maker flooded. All this lovely scene happened on the day of my name day, when I was expecting guests for birthday wishes and I could have made them any coffee they wanted. The irony is that I paid a fortune to get the best coffee maker that wouldn't give me any problems, while my friend's coffee maker, which costs 50€, works better. On Monday, I will call the service (I am very curious to see what they will tell me) and I will come back with an update.

    After 3 months of use, I have to say the following.
    The machine, although expensive, is worth the money.
    Although I have no experience with other machines, I think it is the best in its category.
    Many coffee options.
    Perfect cappuccino.
    I would like the espresso to have a creamier foam, but the taste is very good.
    Perfect chocolate.
    Relatively quick preheating, and production of hot milk and water...(faster than a kettle).
    High water consumption (for cleaning the nozzle and injector).
    Small water tank.
    I think it requires descaling very quickly, in about three months I have done two descalings.
    Generally easy to clean.

    Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.
    Although it is expensive, I would recommend it (personally, I have stopped buying coffee outside) if you want a different coffee experience at home.
