First of all, I want to say that the card is very good for its price. For me personally, it does its job very well in video editing, e.g., in 15 minutes it has created a twenty-minute video in 1080p FHD resolution, and in gaming, it does its job well. Here are the specs of my computer and its performance in some games:
Specs:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 '06 @ 2.40Ghz
Ram: 8GB DDR2 @ 667Mhz
Power supply: 305w
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Graphics card: Nvidia GT 1030
Storage: 1 sata ssd 240GB, 1 sata ssd 500GB
Games (1080p):
Minecraft highest settings: 70-80 FPS AVG,
170 MAX, 30-45 medium Shaders.
World of Tanks Blitz highest settings: 60 FPS
World of Warships low-medium settings: 35-40 FPS
Slime Rancher low settings: 35 FPS.
Farming Simulator 2023: 30-40 FPS
P.S.: The only negative I have found so far is that sometimes the fan makes a little noise.
For mid gaming like Minecraft and other not so heavy games, it plays with max graphics without any problem, almost silent and it has made me look good since I was looking for a decent card to comfortably play some games and if you want to play something heavier, I recommend the Asus GTX 1050.
The card is what you pay for. It's neither incredible nor useless. It's fine for not particularly demanding programs and overall I would describe it as honest.
I bought it as a replacement for an old basic use PC card because the old one couldn't handle 4K. It has HDMI 2.0b and plays 4K HDR perfectly, both in movies and on YouTube. I haven't tested it for gaming because I have a better computer for that purpose, but my friends have said it's great. It's worth its money.
I bought it for my little son's computer. He plays games but nothing extreme. I tried to find a card at a moderate price with good features. For now, it is reliable and my son said he can set the game settings to the maximum resolutions.
I have this and it plays perfectly at 1440p for Fortnite-Minecraft and other games. It plays at 80-130 fps, mainly in Fortnite's performance mode at 1080p, which I tried. It easily reaches 200 to 240 fps
Well, I understand that due to the conditions we have all been experiencing in the last 2 years, the chip manufacturing rates for graphics cards and PS5 have rapidly declined, and as a result, prices have skyrocketed. Let me give you an example: about 1.5 years ago, when I started building my PC, I was planning to get the 1660 Super, which was priced at 230€ at the time, but now it's close to 700€. In the end, I settled for it. Just so you know, it can't handle very heavy and new games at all, but it can handle quite a few games on mid-low settings. As a first choice for a PC, it's the only option.
Good GPU for low to medium gaming at 1080p. It performs well in some games, but struggles in others. When combined with an i3 10105 box running at 4.40 Mhz, a Z490 motherboard, and 16 GB of G.Skill Trident RAM at 3600Mhz, I will provide a detailed performance analysis in a few days
Well, in order to reach the point where you are reading this review, you are in the difficult position of desperately searching for a card because the old one you had, which was all Gucci, went kaput..... RIP and let's move on to something else. The little card, because we're talking about a little card, yes it will have HDMI, you can play games, yes it is silent, yes it doesn't raise temperatures BUT my friend, IT IS OVERPRICED. We said it's a little card, not a card.
We got it slightly used and used it in a build that you can see here: https://youtu.be/uIWavHXCNd4
The GT 1030 is a decent card, we have paired it with an FX-6300 and 8GB DDR3 and it performs very well in many popular games. We disagree with its price in general, especially for this specific Gigabyte implementation, which is one of the most expensive.
Well guys, I've had this card for about 9 months and it's a beast for its price. Of course, it has a bit of noise at low temperatures, but it's beautiful. I've paired it with a Ryzen 5 2600 and 16GB dual channel 2933MHz RAM, and it works wonders. For example, in RP games, I get 720p +100fps in Fortnite performance mode, 120fps in CS:GO at 1080p, 150-200fps at 900p, and 175-230fps in DBZ Kakarot at 900p with medium-high settings, all at a solid 60fps. For this kind of games, it's more than enough. I highly recommend it, you can get it with your eyes closed.
Guys, in the period we are in, it's worth it fully. 1030 and a Ryzen 5 3600 is the perfect combo for 720p 300-200 fps in Fortnite Creative mode and 150-200 fps in the game at 720p. I repeat, with 1080p, you can get 200 fps in Creative mode and 100-120 fps in the game. Definitely always with good performance. That's all I had to say, it's worth it. Well, I'm back after 3 months of use, it's quite complete and you can play GTA RP with everything set to normal. I also use a pack for fps and in the mountains, I can reach up to 120 fps. There are cases when there are a lot of people around and it drops to 40 fps, but that's understandable
Where to start, this card is amazing, perfect for its price, it makes very little noise and it's incredible for my everyday use!! I highly recommend it!!!
I have combined it with:
CPU: i5 2400
RAM: 2x4 8gb
PSU: Be quiet 600w
SSD: 120 gb
And the craziest thing is that with 450 euros I can play any game I want with very good fps.
FORTNITE 1080p comp settings: 100-180
VALORANT 1080p low: 90-180
LEAGUE OF LEGENDS 1080p: 260-300 fps
I bought it as a temporary solution for gaming. For the money it costs, it's the best with the prices that are available in 2021 for graphics cards.
When prices return to normal, I will buy a suitable setup and transfer it to my second system.
So far, I have only tried Dota 2 (because I play on Xbox) and it runs smoothly with everything maxed out. It is quiet and doesn't raise temperatures. (of course, it's not a demanding game at all)
For casual to moderate games, it is value for money.
Very good card for anyone who wants a simple but good system at this time. In no case will someone who plays demanding games take it.
Fortnite all low 90-120 fps battle royale, 110-150 creative
Minecraft, lol, csgo, and other lightweight games like those 140+
Well guys. In my old PC, I had an i7 4770 with a gt 730 and 32 gb of ram, and I was playing Fortnite with 40fps, GTA V with 34fps, Warzone couldn't even play due to drivers, and Valorant with 75fps. As soon as I got this card, everything changed. It works like magic.
Fortnite: 144-180fps
GTA V: 120fps
Valorant: 240fps+
Warzone: 40fps
Well, let's start from the beginning.. I have a relatively old fx 4300 system. I have connected the PC box to the living room TV so that I can watch movies online, videos on YouTube, listen to music, and do some editing if needed with filmora x. I installed this specific card about a week ago and honestly, guys, I never expected that such an old PC would perform so well. Now it plays YouTube videos in 1440p. It runs videos on filmora x like a train!!! And then I started playing games too! Okay, not forza horizon 4 but simpler ones. What can I say, if you really want to revive your old PC, I believe this is the way to go! I got it for 94€ and I don't regret it at all, I think I couldn't have made a better choice for this particular machine.
Well, I got this specific card as a temporary solution for a gaming system with:
• Ryzen 5 3600
• Ripjaws V 16GB 3200mhz
• Adata Spectrix S40G 256GB
With the idea that I will upgrade to something worthy of the system in the future, and that it has the same performance as 3400G, 4650G.
In my personal opinion, don't listen to various people talking about minimum recommended requirements, etc. According to Can you run it, it can't play Far Cry 5, RE7 (????!!!), Just Cause 3. (From the games I already have). They are all playable at the appropriate settings. Specifically:
• RE7 consistently at 60 FPS
• GTAV normal settings has reached 127 FPS
• Far Cry 5 40 - 60 FPS
• Just Cause I haven't measured, but it is quite playable.
• CS:GO runs smoothly
However, given that some of these games have pretty good graphics, this particular card does them injustice. You sacrifice nice graphics for FPS.
For anyone who wants a cheap card as a temporary solution, this one is a decent choice. Having played with 3400G, I didn't see a significant difference in graphics and performance. If you want to spend a little more money, go for RX 560 (if you can find it). But I don't think the temporary solution is to spend too much money.
Guys, so here it is! I have combined it with an A10 9700 due to budget reasons for Fortnite performance mode at 1080p 60-120fps with a better CPU for better performance! CS:GO at 1080p med-high settings at 50-120 fps, GTA V at 1080p normal settings at 70-80 fps, GTA RP at 900p at 30-50fps, Rocket League at high settings at 100-110 fps at 1080p, and League of Legends at ultra settings at 1080p at 120 fps. Get this if you have a small budget until prices recover and you can't wait. If you have a Ryzen 5, 3 with Vega 8, 11, don't get it as it has the same performance!
Honestly, guys, I don't know, but this card saved my budget. I was going for the MSI GTX 1050 ti, but I researched it a little more and I highly recommend it
Well, I have a few things to say:
1: It fits easily in all cases.
2: It is silent, I can't hear it at all.
3: It can easily handle new generation games if you tweak the settings a bit.
4: The maximum temperature is 61 degrees, depending on the airflow of your case.
PC specs:
Intel Core i3 8100 3.60Hz
8GB RAM
500W power supply
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. H310M H (U3E1)
In the end, this card is worth it for a low budget PC. I recommend it.
Now I can have a complete opinion about this specific card which is worth the money and is very good for relatively light games like lol, csgo, pubg lite, minecraft, fortnite on low-medium settings, it's worth its money
For someone who doesn't play demanding games, it is the BEST THING AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET!!!!
Very good card, worth every penny (economical for its performance)
LOL: ultra graphics consistently at 100-120 fps (no lag at all)
PUBG LITE: ultra graphics at 70-80 fps
EURO TRUCK SIMULATOR 2: ultra graphics at 70-80 fps (sometimes even more)
FOR CASUAL GAMES, IT IS THE BEST (note that it works very well with low-budget computers (Intel Pentium, 4 GB RAM, GT 1030)
BUY IT WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT!!!!!!
Guys, CSGO runs at a very high 60-90fps. Fortnite runs at low settings with 120fps in creative mode. In battle royale mode, it runs at 70-90fps. This is after season 3
I bought the card three months ago and I am very satisfied with its performance, i.e.:
Fortnite low 120-90 medium 90-60 high 60-40 epic 40-30
Lol: Very high 120fps
Csgo: Very high 90fps (in cs, the CPU matters more)
