For me, the disadvantage of it is that it doesn't have a switch, so you need to unplug it from the socket to stop cooking. I found and bought a socket that has a built-in switch and solved this issue, but of course with an additional cost. It would also be useful if the plates were detachable for easier cleaning. Of course, if it had all of the above, it wouldn't be so cheap. So, for its price, it is satisfactory.
The previous Izzy toaster melted the cheese and made the toast very crispy. This one burns the bread but the cheese doesn't melt
Bakes exceptionally. My brother has it and I got the same one for the house. It makes the bread crispy without burning it even if you forget it!
For the money, it's good. We use it for toasting 2 slices of bread. Not for any other use. We didn't have higher expectations for the product. We always use non-stick paper underneath, so I have no opinion on whether the plates get dirty or if they clean easily.

The worst thing I have bought. I have had it for a while and I am not satisfied at all. It takes a long time to cook. Unfortunately, I did not see the 800 watts. When I bought it, it was broken, but it was my mistake for not returning it.
It fits 2 sandwiches easily. I have successfully grilled small burgers. It's worth it.

I have bought it 2 times and immediately the metal handle that holds the 2 plates broke. After a while, the screw on the top plate comes off and hangs.... Very poor construction. However, it toasts the sandwiches quickly and helps to cook other things as well since the plates are non-stick.
After many years of use. Also, I press the sandwiches and they turn out like that. If you gently leave the lid, they become crispy and perfect again quickly
It's not even worth the 25€, it doesn't toast well at all, it doesn't even melt the cheese on the toast, it takes a long time to heat up and after 4 months it already broke

Not very good toaster especially for harder bread, (e.g. toast bread from the oven) it doesn't toast it nicely, neither melts the cheese inside, nor provides even toasting.
I have it for 3 or 4 years, I can't remember. It does everything correctly and it is very good. Just after so much time, my cat knocked it down and the handle broke, but it still continues to work
A few months after the purchase, the handle broke. Three years later, with light use, the lid broke. Unacceptable quality. I did not expect the metal to break under such light pressure. One of the worst purchases I have made!
I must say, it is of good quality but I probably wouldn't buy it again. Its main problem is that it doesn't close very well and you have to put some weight on top of it (e.g. press it with your hand) in order for the toast to be pressed. The previous one we had had a clip with which you could "attach" it. Also, I have the impression that it is a bit too powerful, resulting in the toast burning on the outside while still needing more time on the inside.
Unacceptable product. The cheese doesn't even melt inside. The bread doesn't toast, it only makes stripes. As soon as you take out the toast, it's cold inside. The tortillas don't cook, they become more rubbery than if you put them in the microwave. It doesn't cook, so it's not a toaster. Maybe it has some other function that the company needs to explain to us. By far the worst thing in this series of Izzy. I got so frustrated that I went to a Chinese store next to my house and bought one for 8 euros and I'm satisfied.
Very beautiful and compact device, easy to store, evenly toasts sandwiches in 3 minutes, not suitable for baguettes or vegetables and sausages, only for toast! It has a short cable and no on-off button, easy to clean, heats up in less than a minute, initially smells like plastic, but after three or four uses, the smell goes away, worth its money! If you want something for baguettes, etc., spend a little more for a more sturdy device and definitely over 1000 watts.
It does not have an on-off button, sometimes it quickly reaches the temperature and opens-closes without the toast being properly toasted. Otherwise, it is a nice and sturdy product

It is a commendable product, durable over time!
It is small and lightweight! Its plates are of very good quality.. we have had it for 4 years and it hasn't suffered anything! Not even a scratch! You don't need to use a sharp object to remove burnt cheese, etc. with a piece of paper or a sponge, now the grilling may not be uniform but it's fine! It makes nice crispy toast! I have bought it for my mom and for our vacation home too! If it breaks again, I will buy the same one again!
Get something else. Waste of money. The plates are not removable, so they are difficult to clean. You have to move the whole toaster close to the sink and clean them carefully. The whole construction is very light and if you try to press the top part, it tends to tip over. Also not powerful at all. It takes a long time to preheat and even to toast the bread inside. Well, for anything else to cook... I just laugh. Spend a little more money and get something else that is more quality and fast.
In the positives: it heats up very quickly, makes the toast crispy, cleans very easily. In the negatives: it is very lightweight. You have to press the toast by placing your hand on the top part of the toaster and sometimes it is hot.
I have it for a few months now and I wouldn't recommend it, mainly because it doesn't toast evenly at all. Within a very short time, the areas of the toast that touch the plates turn into charcoal, resulting in the rest remaining untoasted.
How is it possible for the outside of the toast to be burnt and the inside uncooked? Let a scientist tell us. Seriously! Also, how is it possible for it to come out as if it had made sauces? If I were to find something negative, it would be that you have to turn the toast 180° because it only presses one side. Also, if you apply pressure, the back part lifts up. Overall, it's good value for money and has a nice design.
If I had the chance, I wouldn't buy it again. You put the toast/sandwich inside and as soon as you go to close the toaster, the toast/sandwich slips outwards. You have to make a few attempts until you get it right.
The toasts do not become fluffy, they are unevenly pressed due to the weight of the lid. The back side is flat and the front side is puffy. Also, the edges of the plates do not lift up almost at all, so if cheese melts from the toast, it almost always spills over the kitchen counter. It barely fits two standard-sized toasts, I expected it to be slightly larger.

It is the most economical, beautiful, small toaster.
It hasn't had any issues.
It is very easy to store.

Do not press it to speed up the time. Turn it on 5 minutes before putting the toast and then simply close it without any pressure. The crispiest toast. (The side hook is for storage, not for closing.)
It is also a small grill. We grill burgers and chicken fillets.

At first, it cooked very quickly but the content remained raw. After 1 year of use, it takes more time and the bottom remains uncooked. The plates are not easily cleaned as they are not removable and the construction is not very sturdy.
