One of the few times that a recent game of a series is worse than its predecessor. And the first one had its issues with the menu and graphics, but its gameplay was its strong point as it had a good sim-arcade balance. This disaster with the second one is unbelievable, a waste of money. Unplayable on all levels. Terrible gameplay, bad graphics, you can see the pixels. Okay, I won't even try the third one with its 3.7 user rating on Metacritic.

Having played the recent GT, F1, Assetto Corsa, WRC games quite a bit. I have to say that this particular series doesn't even come close to them, not even with a microscope.

The game is good. Compared to GT S and Asseto, it has more settings to customize your steering wheel, something that the other two have only two or three of. On the PS4, the regular version didn't impress me in terms of graphics, but I believe it will be better on PC and PS4 Pro. It has better car damage and weather effects than the other two. The sound is exceptional. I have all three games and I play them for the following reasons: GT Sport for online play, Asseto for driving enjoyment (just me and the track), and Project Cars 2 for offline races.

By far the best for driving enthusiasts.
With a good steering wheel like the G29+ shifter, you simply don't want to go to the track with your car (fuel expenses, damages, etc.)

Realistic graphics, very good gameplay, the weather effects are excellent and the career mode is relatively interesting but doesn't hold you for long. Wide range of models in all categories and very good sound. One of the strong points of the title is the complete customization of cars in setup and transmission. Overall, it's worth buying without a second thought!

The best driving simulator I have ever played! It takes a little getting used to at first because it is difficult, but it rewards you afterwards! The single player content is huge.. the handling with the controller is very satisfying, much better than the first game!
