L’ Esprit du Lac has a floral character on the nose derived from the selection of yeasts. Aromas of white-fleshed peach, small apricots, and unripe strawberry. The palate follows the aromatic profile of the nose and is characterized by a light tannic sensation and mature vegetal notes (tomato leaves, mushrooms). Refreshing acidity is present, while the medium-bodied texture has a certain oiliness.
