I bought 2 chairs (my goodness), for 2 different houses. At first, the reviews were much better. Maybe because it takes a few months to show its true colors.
Unfortunately, everything that is written is true.
First of all, it takes away your faith to assemble it, it would be good to have a second person to help you.
Secondly, the handles are of poor quality. The "cushions" deflate after a few months and the faux leather tears and starts scratching your elbow. In fact, because it happened to the first chair, I was very careful not to "ruin" the handles of the second one (which even had a different material inside the cushion, a little more durable), but it still broke there as well.
Thirdly, it is very "reclined" without the ability to tilt forward. When you first sit down, you find it nice and comfortable, but soon realize that it is the worst and ultimately tiring.
Fourthly, and most "amazingly," when the cushion bursts on the handle, you realize that there is a screw sticking out exactly where your elbow is, and in the absence of a cushion, it enters your elbow, causing long-term pain, but without realizing its existence...! I thought I had tendonitis! When I discovered the screw and its position, I couldn't believe how poorly designed a product can be.
The only thing that hasn't happened to me is the wheels breaking, even though I am on the heavier side, so I understand that it comes in different qualities, but no version is good.

Is it durable? Yes! I weigh about 80 kilograms and I use it reasonably and sensibly, and it hasn't suffered any damage to the mechanisms (almost always reclined with weight on the back) or to the seat fabrics.
Handles: Yes, there is a small puddle where the elbows rest, I have seen others tear there, but mine are intact. It depends on usage, so it is subjective.
Leather: Generally sturdy, but if it comes into contact with a sharp corner of a table while turning, it will tear as shown in the photos.
I believe it is a very good purchase for this price. I hope I helped you make a decision!

Did you find this review helpful? After 2.5 years of use, I express my opinion. Initially, I bought it for 130 euros and I am 1.90 meters tall and weigh 128 kilograms. Regarding the highly debated issue with the wheels, I had it too. After about 8-9 months, all the rims of the wheels cracked and 2 of them (which held the wheels) completely broke. Fortunately, the company, although they told me it was not covered by the warranty, replaced the entire rim with the wheels and even because they did not have the same rim (plastic), they put a metal one - something which I understood I was lucky (many buyers were not given the change for free, let alone with a metal rim!). With the metal rim, for 1.5 years now, the wheels do not squeak much and there doesn't seem to be any similar problem in the near future.
As for comfort, the back cushion is literally useless. For gaming, because the back leans backwards (due to its construction), I would not recommend it much (although I solved the problem with my own cushion). The comfort for movies and sitting in general is quite good, I would say. Its positives are that the seat on the right and left does not have bulges that restrict your thighs, meaning the seat is almost flat and straight. You can "sink" into the chair, to some extent, since the maximum weight is 120 kilograms.
Overall, because I am both a gamer and use it for movies, school, work on the PC, sitting, etc., I give it a 7/10. However, my next chair will likely be an Anda Seat, as the quality of comfort is on another level. For its price, if you don't have anything more to spend and are well-built, I recommend it ONLY if you consider the change of the frame with the wheels after a few months as a given. I believe that for this price, people weighing 115-130 kilograms will find it quite comfortable. The truth is, it may even be the most comfortable chair for well-built/overweight individuals in this budget, as I remember doing extensive research and couldn't find any chair with a large and straight seat for large and wide body types.
For lighter individuals, I believe there are definitely better options at 130 euros.
I should add that the foam from the armrests will sink in a little while, which is irrelevant to me since they did not offer any additional hand comfort from the beginning.

I have had the chair for 9 months and the base on one wheel broke (unfortunately it is plastic). I am 1.89 meters tall and weigh 85 kilograms, and it is supposed to hold up to 150 kilograms according to the manufacturer!! Unacceptable chair, I regret spending the 95 euros I bought it for. Additionally, the foam on the armrests has completely worn out and the leather is ready to tear.
It's a waste of money, definitely invest in something more high-quality and expensive with a metal base, not plastic.
Update: I contacted the known store where I bought it on sale, and fortunately they replaced the plastic star on the base with a metal one (from a more expensive model of the same brand). It is comfortable but made with low-quality materials. Avoid it in any case!

Indeed, it creaks a lot as others say, and even though I oil it, I can't stop the creaking. As for the quality, it's not bad overall, it's huge (I am 1.84m, 88kg) and when I lean back, my feet don't reach the floor properly. For me, it has a major drawback because I use it for gaming: the backrest, no matter how you adjust it, doesn't stay in an upright position, it always has a backward tilt that is not comfortable at all (at least for me). It's great for watching movies, but not for gaming. If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have bought it.

I recently bought the chair and even before assembling it, I realized that the star with the wheels will not hold (regardless of body weight), because it is hard but plastic.
Since the shock absorber and the stars are universal and fit 99 out of 100, I kept the star from my previous chair, which is chrome.
Overall, comfortable, easy assembly, with the only downside being the star with the wheels.Update 12/2021:
The chair is still in good condition, without any tears or other damages. I sit for 4+ hours every day, but the comfort issue is not going very well.
I still believe that I did the right thing by putting my own star underneath, as it hasn't suffered any damage.
The negatives of the situation are the armrest cushions, which wore out within 2 months, and overall, the seat has hardened a lot and you have to change positions every 3 and a bit.

I am a user of the chair for at least 2 years and I have decided to write a detailed review about this specific chair, as some people (in my opinion) are exaggerating. Before I start, I will mention my characteristics, I am 1.73-65kg and I use the chair on a daily basis for at least 6 hours a day, mainly for work but also frequently for gaming. The lumbar-pillow type cushion that is provided, I have "removed" it from the first moment as I find it excessively hard for its type. It has been replaced by a similar one purchased with ergonomic specifications... However, in my opinion, it is uncomfortable/hard. The assembly of the chair is nothing special, it is assembled just like any office chair, following the standard methodology. I agree with some who say that around the 6-month mark, it does indeed require tightening of the seat screws. I also agree that after 1 year, it does make slight creaking sounds. It is not something special, nor does it bother me enough to get annoyed. It is a very discreet creaking. Something that bothers me is that in a 75cm high desk, I consider the armrest height to be too low. I am the type of person who types and uses the mouse resting both elbows on the armrest, and the armrests are so low that they "force" me to raise my arms quite a bit to use the keyboard/mouse. ALSO, one of its most serious issues is the back and seat cushions. The cushion I sit on has been so worn out that I now feel like I'm sitting on any flat surface (wood/iron). The back is the same. Even the cushion on the armrests, where I rest my elbows, has sunk. What can I say? Overall, I am a person who takes care of my belongings and I always sat on it normally, relying on the correct orthopedic posture. (Those who deal with long hours of use like programming, photoshop, etc. know).
Given that I bought it for 100€ and not 180€ as I see it now, I consider it to be a fairly mediocre chair. I can't say that I regret it because in its category, I don't know if one can find something better. However, from personal experience, I would recommend going for an executive office chair with that money. Finally, I would suggest that instead of spending 100+ euros for this one, one should look at the Anda Seat chairs with about 100 euros more. We are definitely talking about a noticeable difference in quality.

I bought it mainly because it does not have the uncomfortable bucket seat design of most gaming chairs (which may be more aesthetically pleasing to some, but as a philosophy aims to keep a car driver in place rather than provide comfort), but rather a combination of a steering and bucket seat. Overall, it is large and spacious. I am 185 cm and 130 kg now and fit just fine. The quality of the fabrics and leather raises suspicions as when I opened it, there was a strong smell of oil... but it may have been just me and it will likely fade over time. The plastic parts appear sturdy, although they also have some minor imperfections. It is not poorly designed except for the seat bottom. The assembly is relatively easy, there is a video on YouTube. If there is any squeaking in the recline, it can be fixed by applying grease or lubricant (NOT WD-40) to the spring and the recline piston (which is inside the large plastic valve with the flexible plastic tube like an accordion at the seat bottom). The lumbar cushion seems to need some time for its foam to soften because it has a strong rebound, which makes it a bit uncomfortable.

The service told us it was due to misuse... because being 90 kilograms and sitting on a new chair placed on a marble surface is considered misuse... but from what I saw, there was another comment from a user with the same problem around the same time... so be careful because it was probably not a coincidence.
