  Their construction, the many kilos they weigh, is not very user-friendly when closing, it can be cumbersome and difficult to tighten them. They are large, you need to have as bulky legs as possible down below, I think.   They are decent, they do their job just fine. Not amazing quality materials, etc., but I have been using them for several months and they haven't had any issues, nor have they opened (4 kilograms). They are value for money because we all know how prices increase as weight increases. Now I am buying them again because I want them for my vacation home.

  I lost the dumbbells I had for years (4 kilograms each) and decided to try buying these. I managed to do two sets of four each. Nothing else!!! I bought them with a little hesitation because 10 years ago I had the exact same experience with the same company with 1.5-kilogram dumbbells. Never again.

  I have them and have been using them for 3 years now, they are very good. With two or three workouts per week, there has been no damage so far. They fit well around the ankles and are quite stable.
