If you want accurate heart rate measurements, GPS, and not just something approximate, this particular one outperforms all Garmin models, even the more expensive ones (Fenix, Marq). I had the M400 and then got the Fenix 5. For training, I was forced to wear a strap. After reviews from DCRainMaker, who is worth noting is a Garmin fan, I spent 150 euros and got this one. The notifications on the phone worked for about a month. Then it needed a factory reset and after 2 weeks they stopped again. In a forest, it loses quite a bit of its GPS. In open space, it doesn't lose a meter. I won't buy it again

For almost 2 years it has accompanied me in my workouts and I am absolutely satisfied. Very long battery life, super easy to use, and very durable. It does not recognize Greek. The only reason I sometimes think about changing it is its design, which is outdated.

It doesn't recognize the Greek language even as a joke. The messages come out gibberish. Satisfactory measurements only in running at a steady pace. In intervals, anaerobic, basketball, etc., it shows whatever. Mediocre.

It has all the basics that a runner's watch needs! Accuracy in measurements, a multitude of options and functions, waterproof with good build quality and a good built-in heart rate monitor, very good battery life. It also has vibration instead of beep sound for notifications. It could have a better screen and better apps for mobile and computer.

I have had the watch for 5 months and I often connect it with the Polar OH1. It is EXCELLENT in terms of distances, altitudes, etc., always based on Google. As for wrist measurement, it occasionally misses, but still much better than others in this price range. The graphics are very cheap, but the build quality is very durable. I wear it all the time for work, crossfit, running, cycling; I don't take it off except to transfer the data to the computer, and not because it needs charging. A major downside is that it doesn't recognize Greek, and the biggest plus is the service from the Polar staff.
