I've been taking them for a month and a bit. What I've noticed is that, although I caught a cold and cough from my little one (just like my husband), it only lasted 2 days for me, while my husband, who doesn't take the probiotics, is on the 5th day suffering!! I attribute it to the probiotics because it's the first time it lasted so little for me, whereas other times I've had colds and coughs for up to 10 days and a month and...
So I believe they work, and of course, I will continue taking them for another 2 months until the tough virus months pass!! If anything changes, I will come back!!
