Very good indeed, it does the job. We haven't had a strong cold for more than 4-5 months, whereas before we would get sick every 2 months at most.

It seems to do the job, we drink it with juice. Very good combination of vitamins. It needs 1-2 minutes in liquid to dissolve well, otherwise it sticks to the teeth.
