  I have "melted" and if I have melted general-purpose pliers in my life, this one is my favorite of all. I have many more in good condition and many of them are Knipex. This one and the Knipex Cobra 180 are my two favorites from this company. Comfortable, the cutter "grabs well" and cuts very well for this type of pliers especially. Even the specialized cutters from Knipex in the same series and in a 200 size, which should cut more comfortably, DO NOT cut better than the cutter of this pliers!! Another unexpected positive is that for its size and strength, it is very lightweight. Definitely the lightest I have ever had in this size! Having chosen this non-stainless version, to have a stronger surface of the steel to last longer, I have to occasionally oil its teeth and edge with Ballistol or Singer oil, and it always opens and closes with such comfort and precision that I feel like a surgeon whenever I hold it in my hands!
