  It is not suitable for 0-6 months as the description says (on store pages, it would help if it had a scrub). Our baby at the age of 2 months started to be able to sit, before that it was too big and her head reached the point where it narrows for the neck and it didn't suit her. The feet do not suction to the bottom, at least not the one that came to me. But it is useful for the bath. I would buy another one though if I were to buy again.
