I first chose the small one for the smaller nipple as I read in the comments, and indeed my little one latched on immediately. However, I experienced significant discomfort. When I tried the large size, the pain disappeared! The large size simply doesn't work for preemies because proportionally the surface area they take in their mouths is quite large!

Any mother considering weaning due to pain, sores, etc., should give these specific nipples a try. In my case, they worked, helping me much more than nipples from another brand that I initially had. The flow is much easier and more like it’s coming directly from the breast, and the shield is small and fits like a circle that hugs the nipple. The baby "latches" onto them right away.
Perhaps it helps that I used them when she was just days old due to a flat nipple and that I introduced a pacifier to the baby early on. However, it doesn’t change the fact that they saved me, because I really wanted to breastfeed and couldn’t, and it’s worth a try.

I bought it to save myself from the bites on my teeth. It remained unused... The baby didn't even touch it. Maybe if I had worn it from the start, we would have a different conversation now! Nevertheless, it's quality and comfortable!!!

The best thing is that the silicone is soft and creates a skin to skin feeling. I would prefer the nipple to be a little bigger... but that's just a personal opinion

If you have mastitis or sore nipples, definitely get nipple shields! They work wonders!!

We used them before breastfeeding was established and the baby got confused because obviously it's different from the mother's nipple. Plus, it can be sterilized in the microwave. The material is thin, which helps you not completely lose contact with the baby.

Very good. They have thin silicone and fit well. Just wish they were a little smaller for newborns.

Unfortunately, a useless purchase for me, they come off the chest during use and do not reduce my pain, only to a minimal degree. They really saved me, the baby couldn't find the nipple at all (flat ones), I think I won't breastfeed anymore, we'll exclusively use these fake nipples.

They stick very well, instead of holes they have 2 little lines. I wash them with baby soap and then sterilize them with a sterilizer lid. They haven't had any issues. I have 2 pairs to switch, they are very good!
