It caused me dryness and itching, and as soon as I changed the dye, it went away. The dyes I used, 7.4 and 7.43, do not match the color chart of the palette. Never again!
From the first minutes of application, it caused me intense burning and itching.. I could only stand it for 20 minutes at most, it burned my whole head.. And even after I washed it out, the itching continued for at least half an hour.. the color was good, the coverage of the whites was poor (which is understandable since it didn't stay on to work). Bad experience.. I have used so many dyes, I have never had anything like this happen. Of course, I will not buy/use it again.
How is it possible that it says dark brown and it came out burgundy???? I was shocked!! I expected something else and got something different… this is the first time this has happened to me with this company
The color turned out exactly like the sample, it has spread evenly throughout all the hair and really the shade looks professional! It didn't cause me any irritation. I will now use it exclusively
It created incredible itching from the first minutes of use on any part of the skin it touched, not just on the head, but also on the ears, neck, hands, etc.
Also, there was an intense unpleasant smell that after half an hour caused me dizziness, and hours after use, shortness of breath and pain in the lungs, in short, chemical poisoning.
Nice result and very good coverage at the roots and a very good amount of product for the price, but the process (for a person with a lot of hair at least) was extremely PAINFUL, so I probably wouldn't buy it again.. what a shame

Perhaps the best paint in the market. 100% coverage with long-lasting color plus 2 months without fading. Loreal, Wella, and Schwarzkopf are far behind
TRAGIC, I have nothing else to say! Coverage? Zero! Absolutely zero! And the best part? Instead of chestnut brown, it turned out warm brown. I'm genuinely shocked! TERRIBLE result, I don't know why this happened, I've never experienced anything like this with any other brand. It was recommended to me at a well-known department store and my hairdresser friend applied it for me, and we are both speechless. We just look at each other and don't know what to do, whether to laugh or cry. It's a shame because my hair will suffer double trouble, having to go somewhere else to fix it! Also, during the application, I felt itching on my scalp... It's my own stupidity for not reading the reviews beforehand, a failure!
No relation the color I chose with the color that came out was coppery golden blonde and it turned out red, I don't even know how!! I would not buy again, with cheaper dyes I had no problem!!
I have bought it 3-4 times and each package gives me 4 uses (I refresh my roots). I use it together with a color booster to give an additional shade, but it colors the hair beautifully and is not harsh on the hair. Nice shade as a base for me, but also in general
The worst thing about this dye... the color is nowhere near what I wanted... burning, itching, irritation... I could only bear it for 20 minutes because it had burned my entire scalp... not to mention it left me with a lovely dry skin!! I would never buy it again
The worst thing I have ever used for dyeing.... At first, the result was quite satisfactory, but after a short time after washing, an incredible itching started on my head, extreme dryness (while I normally have oily skin), and I ended up with a cortisone injection due to an allergic shock.... Eyes, forehead, ears, and head all swollen.... Simply disappointing, I'm very sorry but I will definitely not buy it again!!
I have been using it for years and I don't change it. It perfectly covers whites and has a wonderful, vibrant color that lasts. The 4.2 with 10 volume peroxide produces a result of dark brown, which in light forms purple highlights.
The worst thing I have ever put on my hair!! No coverage, no color result! But the worst part is that I have been struggling for 2 months now to get rid of the dryness I acquired after using this dye! Simply the worst!
From coverage and duration OK, but in light burgundy hair, in a similar tone to what the color chart shows, and with a 30-volume developer, not only did it not come out the same color as the color chart but it darkened my hair at least 2 tones, and you can only see a faint burgundy color when the sun hits it, otherwise the hair looks almost black.

It is one of the best hair dyes I have tried. Its price is worth the money because you only need a little and it covers well. I use red shades that easily come out as a color and turn out very light on white and gray hair. This particular dye impressed me because it doesn't fade with washes like others, it maintains the color more stable, and it dyes the white hair with color accuracy, so it doesn't look like highlights or that the bottom part of the hair is a different shade from the top (I have very long hair and I don't dye the entire length every time to avoid damaging it). It has a less strong smell than others and it doesn't leave that unpleasant smell on the hair after the first wash. It was recommended to me by my hairdresser, and I am satisfied with it.
Amazing result! I didn't expect that I could achieve the black color I wanted on my dyed hair with highlights by myself at home. I had done it before with other brands, but it didn't turn out as good. The quantity was enough for thick hair below the shoulder. Usually, I needed 2 packages with other brands that barely covered my hair. Here, with 1 package, I was fully covered. Another advantage is that it smells wonderful!
USEFUL INFORMATION FOR THOSE READING THIS:
- At first, I was worried because when I went to rinse my hair, the suds were purple. Eventually, the water turned a honey color. Most likely, the same will happen to you. And just when you wonder what you will see in the mirror, you will be pleasantly surprised by the shiny black color.
- The developer, which it would be good to use, is the OXY 20% from the same brand. Not the 30%. The ratio is 1 bottle of developer for 1 package of dye.
By far the best hair dye for someone to dye their hair at home! Perfect result, as it covers all the grays and lasts without fading with washes!
It is an amazing dye, I got it in blue color and having tried blue from other brands, I didn't expect it to last long. However, after 1.5 months, my hair was still a vibrant blue with almost daily washing, swimming, and sun exposure. I use it on bleached hair for a more intense result, although when I use it directly after bleaching, it stings quite a bit for the first 10 minutes. Regardless, this specific dye is incredibly worth it!
