Depending on the money you spend, you buy the corresponding quality in everything. If you don't have any problem with your neck, it's a great pillow.

You need two because it is a bit thin, but overall one of the best pillows I've had, worth its money. However, if you have a serious problem, it's better to get something more expensive.

It is a simple pillow.. Slightly better than the rubbish circulating in the market.. It is a memory foam pillow.. It returns to its original shape after sleep.. But it is not orthopedic.. Anatomical.. And it certainly does not protect the neck.. It does not support the head.. You need 2 to sleep.. And luckily or unluckily, I had bought 2.. I would choose something else..
