The purchase was mainly for making chicken mince.
The tips that have been given so far were useful, which I followed regarding cleaning and storage after I oiled it.
The first use was for cutting mince from chicken breast fillet and beef. The choice of the large hole in the blade for chicken is ideal. It cut it excellently. I also passed the beef through the large blade but twice. Both passed through effortlessly. 4 kilograms of chicken mince cut into strips passed in one minute. 1.5 kilograms of beef in pieces passed in 3 minutes.
It is certain that I will make homemade sausages and will return.
The machine is quite powerful and the noise is not particularly annoying.
I will definitely try it in tomato sauce as well and it will be evaluated for that.
I believe it is an investment, especially for someone who has their own production in tomatoes or for someone who, for health reasons, avoids fats for making mince and sausages. Did you find this review helpful?I made about 5 kilos of minced meat from goat meat and I was very satisfied with the performance of the machine. I should also mention that I had left it unused for a year, during which I made a large quantity of sauce and tomato paste from the tomatoes in my garden... I mention the last part to tell you that after I cleaned it, I dried all the pieces, lightly oiled the metal part with the holes, wrapped it in paper towels, put them in their box, and a year later it was like new. Not a trace of oxidation despite the fact that the tomatoes are acidic. Excellent for minced meat and very good for tomato sauce.

As mentioned in other reviews, it assembles easily, cleans easily, and is worth the money for an electric one. However, it does not separate skins and seeds from the pure juice (like some manual ones at the same price do), so it requires more effort to peel the tomatoes. And ultimately, it does the same job as a large blender. I would not recommend it for making tomato juice. Maybe only for grinding meat (but I have no opinion on that).

Did you find this review helpful?Excellent machine, worth its money! It grinds 3 kilograms of lean beef (trans) in 7 minutes. Cleaning the parts takes another 5 minutes. Some parts are made of aluminum and some others (like the blade) are made of stainless steel. The only part made of regular steel is the perforated one, from which the minced meat comes out. I imagine it is made this way to be softer than the blade and not dull the blade prematurely. After each cleaning, the perforated part should be wiped dry and coated with oil (I use olive oil) to prevent surface oxidation. There is a trick: When assembling the central pipe (with the axis of the endless screw) onto the motor's axis, both axes should be in the appropriate position to be able to connect. This can be done in two ways: Either we slightly turn the motor so that the motor's axis coincidentally aligns with the correct position, or it is better to leave the large front nut loose so that the axis of the endless screw can rotate freely, and then tighten it after connecting. For now, it works perfectly. Let's see how it will evolve over time.

Assembly and disassembly are very easy (less than 2 minutes) and it is quickly cleaned. The body, the shaft, and the clamp are made of aluminum, while the pressure handle is made of plastic. What needs attention during cleaning are the iron pieces (3) that need to be dried immediately and coated with oil to prevent rusting. It is important to note that the hand does not fit inside the meat chute to avoid any accidents.

I would like to add, I never lubricate it with olive oil, I simply wipe it after washing, wrap it in kitchen paper, and let it dry in this form. Once it is dry, wrap it in kitchen paper and store it until the next use. It has never had a single drop of rust.
