    For a feather pillow, it is very hard. I have other feather pillows and it is not comparable. In communication with the manufacturing company, they informed me that it consists of 90% feathers and only 10% down, which makes it very hard, while the descriptions state that it is 70% feathers and 30% down. It does not sink when you rest your head on it, but it remains firm, causing discomfort. You can hear the feathers inside making a scratching sound. It is also very bulky, making it difficult to find a suitable pillowcase.
