I bought the exact same product 6 years ago...(latex super comfort)...
It is no longer the same product... it is much softer... it does not provide as much support...
Maybe it is ideal for someone looking for a soft to medium pillow...
The old one I had was much harder and its composition did not change at all when the neck touched it... this one immediately "sinks".

The best pillow I have ever used.
It is not hard, but the head sinks just enough, without creating pressure points. Personally, it suits me both on my back and on my side, while lying on my stomach and on my side it is simply wonderful. It may need to be firmer for very large individuals who, due to their weight, may not be able to provide the necessary support.
Finally, use pillowcases of the same size so as not to compress the pillow.

The quality was not the same as what I had purchased from the local market (it was not filled enough with its material, it was flat instead of "inflatable"). Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to evaluate the product.

I have had this specific pillow for two years. It is of medium firmness and definitely the best pillow I have ever had. I had heard about Dunlopillo pillows, but due to chronic neck pain (cervical hernias), I hadn't paid much attention. It took one night and one sleep to completely change my opinion. It turned out to be the only one that helps me sleep without pain, and I even take it with me on vacation. Let me explain: I needed a pillow that supports the neck but is not rigid. This one keeps (very gently) the neck+head at a specific height all night without straining it. Because I mainly sleep on my side, it is the only one that "locks" the neck at a certain height without putting pressure on the ear. The feeling when you touch it is of a soft material that quickly takes the shape of your body but continues to support you. As soon as you get up, it returns to its original shape and is very cool, especially during the summer months. It is slightly larger than the standard size, so some pillowcases may not fit or may squeeze it. I recommend not being discouraged and getting a new pillowcase in front of the excellent sleep it will give you. Also, do not make the mistake of compressing the pillow in a smaller pillowcase because it will not allow it to do its job, it will be taller than normal and more rigid. Finally, it has a smell of latex that disappears after a few sleeps. I am thinking of getting a second one immediately. I highly recommend it, especially if you have chronic pain!

Update 14/09/20 ---------
I ended up getting a second pillow! The first one continues to be excellent, just like the first day. It hasn't deflated or changed in size or shape. Just be careful, if you have a medium to soft mattress, it is the ideal pillow for you as it absorbs the pressure of the head like the mattress does with the shoulders and hips. However, if your mattress is firm to very firm (meaning it keeps the shoulders and hips relatively high without adjusting to the curves of the body), then you should get the firmer Dunlopillo Latex Foam Pillow, which also keeps the head and neck slightly higher and more stable. I slept on two different mattresses with the combination I mentioned above and I truly slept like a baby!

Update 15/03/21 -------------
I got a third pillow! The first and second ones continue to work perfectly. They haven't deflated, changed shape, emitted any odor, opened up, or changed color! In the end, even on a firmer mattress, they stay at their height! Once again, I highly recommend it without hesitation!!!

Update 27/01/24-------------
After 6 years of continuous use, the first pillow has deflated slightly. I believe it needs to be washed (it can be washed normally in the washing machine) in order for the latex to return to its original state.
