    Update after 5 months of use
    This specific pillow, while it helped me quite a bit in the beginning, is now worthless. Not only am I bothered by how low it is, but I also realize when I wake up that the pillow has gathered because my body now needs something higher and softer, plus it hurts my neck and shoulder. In general, do not buy pillows from the internet, it's not worth it. You can find better ones with much better prices. This pillow will stay in the closet forever.
