For its price, it is very good, comfortable, and lightweight. It is not suitable for heavy use, but for simple office use, it is just what you need.

I have bought them a week ago and I wear them daily at work, where hours of standing and walking are required, mainly in urban and indoor areas. I can say that so far I am quite satisfied with their use.
Initially, they have a quite wide fit (like all other Magnum boots) and since I wear large sizes (49+ in sports shoes), I had to go down to size 48, which still leaves plenty of room in width and length so that the foot does not hit. This, for me (as someone with big feet), is a huge achievement because finding a boot in my size that is also so comfortable is a whole challenge!
When I say that they are one of the most comfortable boots I have worn, I am not exaggerating! From the moment I took them out of the box and tried them on, I felt like I had been wearing them for years, they did not need any "breaking in" time. There were times at work when I really forgot that I was wearing them!
They are quite lightweight, the insole is satisfactorily soft, and the sole is truly slip-resistant. They are also quite warm, they even have thick padding around their opening, which makes it even softer and warmer. Their main exterior is leather, while the sides and the interior are fabric.
This is both good and bad. Due to the fabric, the boots are not waterproof. Yes, the leather will protect as one would expect from rainwater, but beyond that, if the foot sinks into a puddle with a height that reaches above the toes, the boot will get wet as the fabric will get wet too. On the other hand, the fabric allows the foot to breathe during use.
In terms of durability, I cannot say much yet as it is too early to judge their construction quality. Some things I noticed are that from the very first day (10 hours of work), the leather in the toe area started to crack (as shown in the photos). Yes, I know that leather always cracks, but it seemed a bit quick for this boot. Also, although the zipper seems to be of good quality, I am a little afraid of it, it just needs a little attention and not too much force when pulling.
For the following reasons, I would recommend these boots for walking and everyday use, mainly in urban or indoor environments. I would not recommend them as safety/work shoes because the fabric is vulnerable to tearing, and the toe area is not as hard as I would like.

They really started to fall apart after one year of use. Especially on the back, the leather began to peel off and the plastic parts started to crumble. Terrible quality.

For the money this specific boot costs, you can find something much better.

This boot is NOT for tough operational use, it is for office service, light patrol, etc. It is not waterproof, so forget about water, mud, mountains, etc.
Its sole is not hard and does not make noise when walking, the insole is not ergonomic, so forget about standing or walking for long hours. Its shape is compact and not "boat-like" like other brands, which is visually pleasing and also comfortable for short walks because it doesn't require a thick extra insole. It accommodates a thin insole and you can even wear it with woolen socks, it is not tight, it didn't hurt me at all, and it folds without bothering when bending (kneeling), while the back has a soft section for the calf.
The factory laces are flat and somewhat cheap (as I said, this boot is not for tough outdoor use), and they don't fray from the eyelets (in other brands, I've had the laces come undone). The weight of the boot is small, so it won't tire you at all for an 8-hour shift, but in the same model with a zipper, be aware that there is no safety to prevent it from coming down (the strap "scratches"), and I don't see it lasting long with constant up and down movement.
This is the third model of this brand, and I know that the insole will come off on the sides, but the cobbler will glue it well, so that's not a big issue.
If it had an ergonomic insole (and in the model with the zipper, it was of better quality), it would have received 4 stars for regular office use and light patrol.
Terrible. It started peeling off on the sides, both left and right, within 7 days. After contacting the importer, they sent me the same ones which also peeled off on both sides within a week, as well as on the back
Extremely comfortable boots. I have been wearing them daily for 6 months and they show absolutely no signs of wear. Walking in them is effortless and comfortable. The side zipper is very convenient. They are worth it as a shoe
