The book presents the 14 categories of goalkeeper training, which are displayed both in order of priority and by age. Each training category includes a rich and specialized set of exercises accompanied by photographic material and illustrative sketches. In total, there are 168 exercises that cover every aspect of specialized goalkeeper training.

This book does not aim to discover something new or groundbreaking. Its only goal is to organize what is already known. It was created to meet the needs arising from daily training with young goalkeepers, which lays the foundation for the analysis, planning, and adaptation of the methodology to the needs of each individual goalkeeper.
