I don't think it does a very good job. I got it in size large (I didn't get it big) and I don't think it puts enough pressure on my muscle. For 40+ €, I don't think it's worth it.

Although the product is clearly of good quality, there is a major flaw in its design that may not suit many users: The strap is made of a flexible but essentially hard plastic material, resulting in it not being comfortable at all for office work. Your arm cannot rest smoothly on the surface and it wobbles uncomfortably. Unfortunately, I couldn't work with it at all and had to return the strap immediately.
