You simply choose the diameter of the cooking zone that corresponds to the size of your cookware. The dual-ring cooking zones offer greater flexibility while cooking and help save energy. They turn on and off easily thanks to the intuitive control button.
Thanks to the innovative touchSlider technology, you can adjust the temperature of the cooking zone either directly with a gentle touch of the temperature level or by sliding your finger over the temperature scale. The sensor-based temperature adjustment is done in half levels up to the maximum level of 9.
Thanks to the safety lock button, you can quickly and easily secure the cooktop base from potential unwanted activation. The child safety lock deactivates all functions of the cooktop base with the touch of a button. To unlock the functions, press the safety lock button again and hold it down for a few seconds.
The powerBoost function focuses heat on one cooking zone to provide you with up to 20% more power compared to regular electric cooktops. An excellent solution if you want to use your large pots or boil water for pasta or other recipes.
If the cooktop is accidentally turned off, it can restore all previous settings if you turn it back on within the next 4 seconds.

After 2 months of use, it doesn't have a single scratch no matter how much I scrape pots and pans. It only suffers from liquids, for example, if even water drips on it while cooking, it leaves marks that remain if not cleaned directly.
After two years and one month of operation, the motherboard caught fire and the whole house smelled. I opened it, isolated the cables from the burned area, and now it works with three burners.
About three months of use. Very good burners. They heat up very quickly. They don't scratch easily as some mention in the comments. Overall, absolutely satisfied with my purchase.

We purchased this specific stove on 9/12/2019 and it worked perfectly for the money. Today, after three years and while everything was working fine, it suddenly emitted a burning smell and stopped working because we are out of warranty. We contacted a technician who sent it to Athens for repair and informed us that the circuit board and some other component have burned out and cannot be repaired. In general, it is useless.

I bought it about 12 months ago and I am writing for the first time because I am frustrated! The big eye that is protruding is not convenient at all because when you fry, the oil splatters reach the floor. The worst part is the locking button, it is so sensitive that it locks with the slightest touch but then it doesn't unlock at all... I have been forced to heat the food on the stove. After closing the kitchen's main switch and trying several times, then it unlocks. I do not recommend it at all.
After 6 months of use, it has not presented any problems to me. Cleaning it is easy, I use a wet sponge with dish soap and wipe it with a cotton towel, so it doesn't leave any lint.
I have been using the stove for about 8 months.
It is quite powerful (former owner of a 25-year-old Siemens turbo stove), and it is easy to clean. Another positive aspect is that it has "levels" of temperature adjustment, so with one click, you can set it to the desired temperature.
The negative aspect is that the lock it has only holds for about 2 minutes and then unlocks by itself, which is very annoying because when you boil something and water falls on the settings, it changes the temperature and/or turns off.
The eyes are good and the boost is very powerful. However, the user experience of the menu is tragic and terribly difficult to use, as every time you want to adjust the intensity on a specific eye, you have to select it first. If you're cooking on just one eye, it's fine, but it's difficult on 2 parallel ones, and simply unmanageable on 3+ parallel ones. The icons for which eye you're addressing are confusing, as they are aligned, and the intensity bar always ends up being chosen randomly to find the desired intensity. At first, I thought I would get used to it, but after 6 months, every time I use it, it still feels like the first time.

The stoves appear strong and beautiful, however, on the stove with the booster, despite my careful attention, stains were created that do not go away at all.

After ten days of purchase, the hobs are showing perfect performance. They are very powerful in the eye, and with the boost function, they bring water to a boil in a large pot in 12 minutes. Overall, they seem very good. Time will tell for any updates, and I will come back.
We have been using it for a month now and we work with it almost every day. It seems to work just fine. Be careful when drops of water or oil fall on it while it is working. Also, check your cookware because some of them stain it a lot. One of our pots ruined it, but with enough scrubbing using cif and the sponge for dishes on the rough side, everything came off and it became like new. (Not with a metallic sponge!) Now, instead of cif, I use vitro clean for stains. It's a small black bottle that is specifically designed for such stovetops and it cleans it much more easily. However, even with the sponge for dishes, even on the rough side, it doesn't scratch the stovetop at all.
From the 1st day of installation, there was a problem with the front left eye and it blocked all the burners. I called the service, there was a replacement of both plates, and now everything is okay. Simply, compared to the 20-year-old Bosch ones I had, they get dirty more easily.
Update 3/8/2021: The large burner overheats after half an hour of use and turns off for an hour. I called the service three times. Initially, they told me that it was the pan and the large pot's fault and they suggested that I buy new ones. After purchasing a new TEFAL pan (the most expensive on the market) and a new pot, the same issue occurred again. They came and told me that this is how it works for protection... hahaha. It's the first time I hear burners closing for an hour after half an hour of use and this being the normal way of operation.
Stay away from Siemens service. Instead of doing a complete replacement on the first day of operation (because there was a problem), they only changed the plate and the problem remains. Stay away.
Very powerful burners. My only complaint is that one of the 4 burners, even though it has boost technology at the highest temperature, does not heat well. Maybe I don't know how to use it or it has another usefulness that I haven't realized? Anyway, the rest heat up quickly.
Update: After a year of use, I consider it a good purchase, and finally, the burner also opens from the touch button in the middle of the stove.
