I started with samples from a pharmacy and continued with a recent purchase. I suffer from diagnosed chronic IBS (colitis) with symptoms of indigestion, bloating, and constipation. I tried everything without success. This worked from the second day. I only take 3 capsules daily, one in the morning before meals and two in the afternoon, plus 3 capsules of NOW FOODS psyllium fiber in the evening. HUGE difference! It softened my digestive system, greatly reduced the symptoms, and regulated persistent constipation. I still can't believe it. And it's just a natural product.
