I bought them for a specific reason, to listen to music while walking to work. They don't fall out of my ears while walking or running. The sound is pretty good, the microphone does its job for hands-free calls, there are 3 options for hooks and caps in the package, as many people need different ones for each ear and I am one of them. The only drawback (not really) is that it provides good isolation, so it's not the best for walking around the city.

I chose them to listen to music, with good sound quality. I would have gone for the Soundmagic E11C or the Beyerdynamic Soul Byrd, but I think the price difference does not justify the difference in performance (note that I have not tried any of the others). The music is reproduced clearly and loudly, especially in terms of bass. I easily found the combination of ear wings to have a good fit in my ear. It isolates external noise extremely well and has a very nice pouch to store it.

Very good for running as it is almost impossible for them to fall out. The extra "cushion" that goes in the ear is responsible for stability and does not bother. The cable is difficult to tangle and untangles easily. It creates complete isolation from the external environment.
On the negative side, their protrusion makes it impossible to lie on your side with them. The sound is not perfect with too much bass and the clip it has to hold it on your clothes is not stable like the cable and constantly comes off.

The only negative is that they are a bit bulky compared to regular earphones, meaning they protrude quite a bit from the ear (you can't lie down with them) and they have a long cable. At first, it's a bit tiring when wearing them for a long time, but then you get used to it. The previous ones I had were the Xiaomi Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro HD, which were also excellent, but I think these specific Sony ones raise the bar for sound insulation and stability, so it's difficult to go back to something simpler
