I have osteoarthritis in my knees and a torn meniscus in one, so as you can imagine, I have constant knee pain. My orthopedic recommended that I take it for 3 months and maybe I'll see some difference. I don't expect it to restore my meniscus, as that requires surgery, but at least to alleviate the pain a little. The product is very expensive considering that you have to take it for 3 months (there are cheaper alternatives with similar ingredients). The box contains only 20 tablets, one per day, so you need at least 4 boxes, which cost 120 euros. Personally, after 4 boxes, I didn't notice much of a difference.

I have osteoarthritis and I took syalox 300 plus for the first time, as directed by my doctor. The instruction was to take it for two months, then stop for one month and resume taking it afterwards. I saw improvement during the two months.
