  I bought it mainly for my wife who has some posture issues with her work, but I also tried it myself because I liked the idea (we are both a little over 50 years old but in pretty good shape). My wife is very satisfied with the effectiveness of the device and uses it almost daily for up to half an hour after work. From my own use, however, I wasn't impressed with the effectiveness, but I don't have very important reasons to use it, to be honest, as I have a sedentary job. However, I would have expected to feel something more intense as a result of using it, even myself. Maybe I'm asking for too much from a device like this.

  Overall, it shows good construction and relatively durable. Despite being mainly made of plastic parts (at least externally), they seem to be of good quality. It is quite powerful in what it does (in terms of vibration) and especially in the high setting. However, it becomes very noisy, especially in a quiet space or in a small room. The heat intensity it produces is not impressive, I would say it's borderline tolerable. It is preferable to use preheated water for those who want it particularly hot.

  Its cable wraps "smartly," manually and peripherally under the bottom of the device (on its feet - suction cups) and attaches somewhat in the center where the second plug is, so it doesn't get tangled elsewhere when stored as a device.

  The operating settings are simple, concise, and basic. Personally, however, they don't give me a clear picture at first glance of what each one does, not just by looking at the device. It requires either the manual initially or simply trying each one in practice (though I recommend the manual, which is clear, well-printed, and in Greek).

  The size of the device is borderline good. I would prefer it to be a little more compact, but it's not a problem with what it is. It is, after all, very lightweight overall and quite stable where it sits during its use.

  The packaging is very good and securely protects the device inside for transportation.

  Overall, I consider it a useful device and at a very good (competitive with other good models) price, but perhaps not particularly useful for everyone. I rely (quite a bit) on its brand, which I consider good and tested, with good support in Greece (practically from other products).
