Nestle's Meritene dietary supplement that helps reduce fatigue and tiredness.

Benefits

It helps maintain muscle mass and provides high energy and vitality.

Dosage

In a glass with 200ml of semi-skimmed milk (low-fat milk) or water - hot or cold - add 30 gr of the product (3 heaping tablespoons).

Stir well until completely dissolved.

After preparation keep it in the refrigerator. Consume within 24 hours.

It should not be used as a substitute for main meals.

Suitable for adults only.

Είναι ένα νόστιμο ρόφημα αν θέλεις ενδυνάμωση και αποφεύγεις πχ το πρωί τον καφέ. Το μόνο ίσως μειονέκτημα ότι σε κρυο γάλα χρειάζεται μιξερακι για καλύτερη διάλυση της σκόνης. Ελαφρυ και εύπεπτο, χορταίνει και ενισχύει νομίζω αρκετά αποτελεσματικά έναν εξασθενημένο οργανισμό.
