    I bought it because Tramontina, although cheap, is a Brazilian company and the machetes they make are used in the Amazon jungle and not only there! It doesn't produce ornaments but tools for work!! The machete is the definition of deadly! It chops wood like an axe! Woe and alas if it slips from your hands or feet! You won't just get cut!! You will be mutilated! The only negative is the handle! Which is not ergonomic!
