I give 5 stars considering the low price in relation to what it offers.
I had it before when it cost around 20 something euros, it lasted me 3.5 summers of continuous use, the motor gave out and now I bought the same one again.
It is VERY powerful for home use (see watt and metal blades). I might have never put it on the third speed, anyone who says they are not satisfied with the air speed doesn’t know what they are talking about. For some, this is a disadvantage because the first speed is already strong enough for a bedroom (I have a cheaper plastic one for sleeping). I set this one up with the extra base patented on the curtain rod (two hooks and it sits with its weight) and it gives a lot of power.
It doesn’t make much noise compared to its power and it doesn’t have creaks or noises as I read in other comments except of course for the motor and the air.
It is understood that it lacks in build quality of plastics compared to more popular brands HOWEVER I remind you that it is 60w (measured at the socket), with metal blades and costs 30-35€. For me, with proper storage, it lasted over 3 years.
I RETURN:
Not even 8 hours of operation and the motor gave out.
Since I experienced this while camping, I decided to open it up to see if a wire wasn’t making proper contact to maybe fix it, so the warranty is gone now (the capacitor isn’t the issue, I changed it).
Therefore, it suffers in the motor and specifically in its windings. I will not buy it again.
Quite good for its price. I have it on the low setting and it works perfectly. Normal speed and noise on all three speeds like a metal fan. Assembly was not difficult, I think it was okay. The negative aspect for me, and that's why it gets four stars, is that the Lemongrass does not curve downwards. You can't make it go a little vertical, it only swings straight with left and right movements.
It didn't work for even an hour... it stopped working and since then they have been keeping me waiting for a refund... it has been a month and they have changed the date 3 times and still nothing... disgrace... you should all be ashamed in there wanting your own app...
update: one month later and I have to apply for a refund again... you are doing a great job, congratulations
The caption says that it has 3 different legs, the box also says that it has 3 different legs, and they sent a box with only one leg and now they act like they don't know what's going on, they take the money just fine but other than that they act like the Chinese
The whole thing shakes, I do not recommend it at all, it is not safe. Also be careful because there are exactly the same with a different brand. Better choose a more reputable one.
I have one here for 2 years.
Now I got a second one because someone else's brand broke in the first summer.
Strong engine. Just works perfectly on the first step. I would like a quieter ladder.
The fan is powerful in the air it produces, as much as the noise for its power. And we shouldn't have higher expectations for the money we pay. I also have an industrial type that costs 200€. You get what you pay for
I have it for a week now, good construction with a metal propeller and quite powerful. It's not so quiet, but considering the power it has, the noise is understandable and for the price of the product, it is worth it and more for the 37€ I bought it. Also, the second base it has is quite practical because you can easily change its position with a screw according to your needs.
The worst thing I have bought, in the first summer it broke down, so I thought I would buy a new one, but it didn't work either. In the second summer, nothing works
Quite a good fan, with the option for wall or floor placement. I had it with the stand for 3 years, very powerful in terms of air circulation, cooled our entire living room. Not exactly quiet, but not annoying either.
Unfortunately, it broke this year, most likely the motor burned out and the blades wouldn't turn. For the 25€ I bought it, it was worth the money, but what's the point, it only lasted two summers in essence. I hope it lasts longer for you guys
Because it has large blades and a powerful motor, it cools down a large 20-square-meter room very well. On the first setting, if you have it, it comfortably cools you from a distance of three meters.
For its price, it is not bad but its construction quality is below average. I bought it a year ago for a small space (12 sqm) where I want quietness, so I usually have it on the first speed, which is satisfactory in terms of performance and noise level. On the second speed, it shakes a lot and makes noise, not the blades but the metallic elements that creak... I have never left it on the third speed as it gives me the feeling that it will fall apart...
Conclusion, never buy a fan in the summer when all the good ones are more expensive and don't hesitate to spend another 20-30 euros to get a much better machine!
The only positive thing is the powerful motor. Apart from that, the build quality is terrible! From the beginning, the propeller made noise, which is fake, and due to the power of the motor, even at low speed, the blades would bend due to air resistance, hence the noise. It was replaced with a heavier metal propeller that I had from another fan, and it stopped. The plastic cover of the motor creaks, and overall, the entire fan "trembles" when it operates because the construction is a joke, resulting in it sounding like a bell! Finally, the plastic base broke and it can't stand anymore! The outcome? 30 euros in the trash...
You put the tester on and it lights up, I won't bother measuring with a multimeter. It was purchased yesterday and returned today. Let them write that it is 4 in 1, it also kills insects.
I have had it for about 2 years with moderate use. It is quite powerful, good construction, moderate noise, and for the approximately 24 euros that I bought it, it is a good purchase.
It is powerful and produces a lot of air 50W, I think it is good for home office etc.
Update 9/2023: After two years of working fine, suddenly this summer it stopped working. It broke and I need to get another one. I bought it back then on sale for 28 euros, now I see it costs 41€, I don't think it's worth it.
It is relatively powerful, with a fairly good build quality.
The first step should be quieter, it has minimal difference with the second one.
Its major drawback for me is that the up-down is not adjustable, it only hits straight! (It goes normally left-right)
The noise it makes is a necessary evil, to the point where it doesn't bother you! The construction of the fan is very high quality, but the accessories and bases are terrible! The screws do not fit well with the materials and overall it will make you lose faith in assembly not because it is difficult but mainly because of the materials! It is worth the money for the noise it makes, it doesn't bother you either during sleep or while watching TV!
Overall, I consider it a very honest purchase in terms of quality and price
It is a very high-quality fan overall, made of metal components, and it is also beautiful. It has 3 speeds. Even at level 1 (the lowest), it produces a lot of air. However, I would not say that it is quiet like some other reviews. On the contrary, it is very noisy. I bought it exclusively for the bedroom because I do not have air conditioning or a ceiling fan, as an economical alternative, but in the end, I bought a ceiling fan (which is indeed quiet) so that I can sleep... So, 3/5.
Bought yesterday from a well-known online store!!! Maybe it was the most powerful out of the 10 fans that were at the exhibition... And compared to its price, it was a one-way street!!! A beautiful fan with a very powerful motor that generally doesn't bother....!!! For its price, it's the best... I hope it withstands the wear and tear... But even if it costs 30€
After 3 years, the blade takes a long time to start spinning.. I tried to help it with lubrication but it doesn't budge... It's a shame that they don't last long anymore
For the money, yes, it is powerful and somewhat quiet. However, I would expect the plastic and iron materials to be heavier and more durable. Compared to a similar one, but with the same height and 100% plastic except for the iron, the motor is twice as heavy. But it is what they say, you get what you pay for...
Update: During a dog's frenzy inside the house, the fan fell on the wall, resulting in one of the blades tilting slightly inward at the edge. When it is turned on, the whole machine trembles as if it has Parkinson's, and naturally, it became useless because I'm afraid it might completely detach and cause an accident.
The best fan I have ever bought. After 2 days, I bought a second one because it was on sale.
Very good construction, stable and quiet.
Very powerful, I haven't turned it up past 1
