Very good mattress. It is not easy to fold and take it with you due to its size and elasticity. I always have it open under the couch and take it out when I want to exercise. This is the second one I'm getting for my wife. I have another black one for 3 years and it still looks brand new!

I would give it 5 stars because I really can't find anything negative, I'm just not an expert, someone might call me exaggerating. What I know is that this type of mats is excellent for exercises that require your back to be supported, like abs. Before buying this one, I had bought a yoga mat and a "gym mat" (blue - red) but it was impossible to do any exercise as my bones were hurting... I'm not talking about exercises with knees on the ground... not even in Tinos such a torture. So I bought this one. I was surprised as I finally found a mat that I don't feel the tiles on my back. It is quite sturdy and of good quality construction. I recommend it to people who want to work out at home (although I think it would also withstand a gym without breaking) without wanting to spend a lot of money on equipment.

P.S. I don't want to offend other types of mats, I'm just expressing my opinion as an amateur. And after two failed mat purchases, I ended up with this one.
