Well, if you are looking for a steam cleaner, I am here to tell you its positives and negatives. Very strong steam pressure, it takes 7 minutes to heat the water, it doesn't bother me because the tank holds a good amount of water. When you pass something, the light turns on to heat up again, you don't wait, you just continue, the bars drop slightly. For grease in ovens, kitchens, and tiles, it is very good. Also for joints. It won't clean limescale and dirty surfaces with a lot of dirt, but it will soften the spots quite a bit. For disinfecting mattresses, it is top-notch. The tool for the windows is also very good, as it simultaneously removes moisture and makes the windows shine. Overall, a product that is worth its money. Don't go for any steam cleaner in the 50-60€ range because you will struggle.

A waste of money. It does nothing. It takes half an hour to heat the water. And after 20 seconds, the temperature drops... Making steam with running water. Wipe the water, wait another half hour... And again from the beginning!

AMAZING PRODUCT! I recently moved, so in the first phase, I cleaned all the tiles in the bathroom, the windows, etc. You can't imagine what I removed from the tiles specifically. The bathroom, however, became like new. The couch as well!! It has everything inside! It has special extension tubes for higher areas, two brushes for scrubbing tiles and other areas, a small attachment with which I made the radiators. Two weeks later, I decided to use it on the floor as well. It's nothing like mopping. You go over the floor like you do with an electric vacuum cleaner, and in 4 seconds (counted) it has already dried and you can walk on it. You don't need any chemicals or detergents, and it smells clean everywhere, plus you feel an extra sense of safety since everything is literally sterilized! IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNY OF ITS 1000%.

I cleaned windows, it did well, doors did well, but when I cleaned the floor joints, it made so much noise that my ears have been hurting for hours. I struggled when cleaning carpets because the brush would stick and I didn't notice any significant results on my beige carpets. Therefore, I do not recommend it for carpet cleaning. With the steam cleaner, dirt that would require scrubbing to remove is softened and then can be wiped away with a cloth. A disadvantage is that it only comes with two small cleaning cloths, so it is necessary to purchase additional ones.

It would be good if they didn't mislead people with the word steam cleaner but simply said steamer.... No matter what I tried to clean, it did nothing.... In general, I am satisfied, but I would prefer a little more pressure in the steam. I clean and sanitize everything perfectly. Due to my allergy to chemicals, it has been very helpful for me in mopping, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, and I even take it to work during my 24-hour shifts. It cleans and sanitizes flawlessly. The only negative thing I will say is that I would like a little more pressure and a slightly larger tank because when I clean, I have to wait for the valve to open to add water and wait again for it to heat up. I clean chairs and sofas, mattresses and pillowcases. I recommend it without hesitation, it does an excellent job at home and in the car (I have avoided using organic cleaners).

However, I was disappointed when I noticed that a spare part was missing upon opening the box.
The box was packaged... The store informed the dealership.

For the price, it is value for money. It cleans very well dirt that had never been removed since we moved into the new house (tradesmen's mess). I wouldn't rely on it to clean a large house, but for every now and then, I would say it is convenient. It turns off as soon as it's ready and automatically turns back on to maintain steam. You only stop and wait when the steam has no pressure, not constantly (yes, some people think that)

The power cable is about 3m long, the only things I would like are 1) a slightly longer motor-handle hose to make it more convenient and 2) in the large suction inlet where a cloth is inserted, I would prefer a cloth with elastic instead of holding it with two clamps for better stability and better results

It has enough power in pressure and steam, but in practice its operation is very inconvenient since every 10 seconds the steam light turns on, resulting in having to stop for a frustratingly short period of time and wait at least 40-50 seconds for it to heat up again, especially when the tank is full, until you can use it for 10 consecutive seconds and then the same thing happens again.
If it had a longer duration, it could be useful, but currently it is not.
I am not referring to its positives, which are the relatively good build quality, the components, and its small size, because they are overshadowed by its major problem of heating time, which practically renders it dysfunctional.

The positives are that it has a large water tank and high steam pressure, which allows for extended use with just one refill. It comes with many attachments and I used it on carpets, sofas, mattresses, tiles, balconies, and it did a great job everywhere. It is relatively small in size.

The only negative thing I found and deducted 1 star for is that the power cord is not wrapped and there is no storage space for the accessories (at least the basic ones). I saw the deluxe model (a bit more expensive) which has storage space underneath for the accessories. Functionally, it is incredibly powerful (be careful when cleaning fabrics), with a large reservoir that gives you much greater autonomy and without many interruptions to wait for the steam supply again. Perfect for use in the bathroom, kitchen, mattresses, glass, floors as long as they are clean and swept as an additional disinfection, and it will be ideal for pet owners. For its price and power, I believe it is worth buying. Under no circumstances should you go for small and cheap models of 20-40 euros, it's a waste of money.

The product does more than what it promises, so I give it 4 stars. Now, after 1 month of use, I have the following observations:
I tried it on the couch, on a marble floor, on glass, in the bathroom.
It does its job well, cleaning glass and floor without chemicals and difficult spots like moldy joints in the bathroom and kitchen.
But personally, it didn't suit me so I sold it. It has the size of a small vacuum cleaner that you have to pull cords and hoses, etc. I don't find it user-friendly.
On the floor, you have to wait for the water to heat up again because it can't keep up with the flow, so you end up wasting time for no reason.
So, even though it does what it says, it's not for me.
For everyday household use, I wouldn't recommend it, although it does the job, it's impractical
